Great game. Helluva grind, though.

Great game. Steep learning curve if you're coming from standard FPS games like COD or BF. Intricate inventory system and weapons mechanics makes it much more immersive than many shooters. You can farm food and hunt animals, or just find food to loot. It's zombies. It's other people. It's looting. It's crafting.
It's survival.

Best city builder I've ever played.

This is another Rockstar masterpiece. there are some bugs, though. I get crashes from time to time. That sucks but the gameplay is great when it's working correctly.

If you like tactical gameplay, this is definitely the game for you. I played the first Insurgency game and I liked it a lot, but this one has better graphics, better audio, and smoother gameplay. This game is way better than any of the COD games since MW2 and Black Ops. All the COD games since those have been garbage, in my opinion. This game blows them out of the water.
It still has a couple of little bugs, but the developers are on top of it. They release regular updates and occasionally they even throw in a new map or weapons. the bugs I've seen don't really affect gameplay at all. For instance, sometimes it looks like the other players are sliding across the ground instead of running. This happened only a few times and I've got over 300 hours into this game. I also haven't seen that in a couple weeks, so it's possible that they fixed it.
The only downside I can find is that the community servers are sparsely populated. If you're on the fence about this game, buy it so we can build the community.

This isn't so much a game as it is a graphic novel. There are some some choices to make, but there's not much to it. I read some other reviews and noticed the developer called someone homophobic for simply mentioning there was homosexual content. That's called stating a fact, not being homophobic. Lighten up. You're not being oppressed when someone mentions a fact about your game.
Anyway, the game isn't really my cup of tea, and I think the developer is probably more into their own idea of "social justice" than developing games.

This is a fantastic game. It has a great story line and a beautifully immersive world that is based on a real place. The gameplay is great, and there is enough content to keep you busy for a very, very long time. The combat system is completely unique, and it brings a totally new take on first person combat. I totally recommend this game for anyone who is into first person games, as well as RPGs.

When I click the download button the game starts up. When I check the settings it tells me the HD textures DLC is required to turn it on. How do I download it?

This game is absolutely my favorite game of all time. It needs to be optimized still, and there is some lag in MP, but once it is finished, I'm sure it will be perfect.
