Super controversial opinion: I actually really enjoyed this. I enjoyed the long, drawn-out combats. It was a nice change of pace, and it really tested your party's means to deal with sustained combat.

Side note, I'm also the kind of person who enjoys playing XCOM 2 with Beta Strike enabled. I realize most people aren't like me when it comes to enjoying this kind of combat, but I made this review for the few people out there who are like me.

This game is really amazing. I don't know where to start. The art, the music, the story, the choices, the combat. It's a really fun RPG - I'd argue the best post-apocalyptic RPG ever made.

Controversial opinion: I also really enjoyed the DLCs. I'm actually a fan of the long drawn-out combats in them, but I'd imagine it's not everybody's cup of tea. (I'm also the kind of weirdo who enjoys XCOM 2's Beta Strike mode, so keep that in mind.)

10/10, and I can't consider many other games that good.

It's finger-lickin' good.

Pros:

Exploring is fun.

Fallout 3 has the karma system of Fallout at its finest. Evil characters feel truly evil, and good characters feel truly good. Characters who take a middle road are also very interesting, as it creates a lower amount of enemies (less evil or good people out to kill you) but lands you with fewer alliances and also is a hard balance to maintain.

DLCs are fantastic, absolutely fantastic.

Good mod support.

Cons:

Clunky controls on a horrible engine.

The story feels too linear for an open-world game.

By the late-game, a character will feel like it can do almost anything easily. Without intentionally inhibiting yourself, every character will feel very similar late-game.

Conclusion:

In spite of any flaws, still a very solid game, I highly recommend it.

Pros:

Randomly-generated levels that are different every time.

Randomly-generated perk choices making the game different each time it is played.

Different game modes for after the classic game mode is done. (Endless mode, Gauntlet mode)

Perma-death makes the game really intense and makes it so that you can't simply override mistakes you make.

Absurdly fun, really gets the adrenaline pumping.

Cons:

Only con I have about this game is that I'm pretty sure the devs are done with updating the game and have moved onto newer projects.

Conclusion:

If you like FPSes or roguelikes, this game is a must.

Pros:

Amazing amount of player choice. You can kill nobody throughout the game, or you could kill literally everyone. There are commonly non-lethal ways of handling situations. There are four major factions you have to choose to support in order to finish the game, and many ways to achieve those factions goals.

Exploration, although lacking in comparisson to Fallout 3 or 4, is still good.

DLCs are amazing.

Great mod support. (Highly recommend the JSawyer mod on hardcore mode, it forces your characters to be more specialized.)

Cons:

The game has clunky controls on a horrible engine. (I don't care if it's Fallout 3's fault, it doesn't change the fact that it's still applies to New Vegas.)

The game is a pain and confusing to play the first time, especially applying to the Dead Money DLC. It gets better on subsequent playthroughs.

No post game content. (Fixed by the CAGE mod though.)

Conclusion:

A very good game, I highly recommend it. The pros greatly outweigh the cons.

Pros:

Survival mode is an intense experience for hardcore players.

The DLC (story DLC, anyways) is fantastic.

Balance as a whole has improved over previous Fallout titles. Granted, that's not saying much, but it's still a welcome improvement.

Fantastic armor system, in how armor is equipped, what kind of armor there is, and how damage resistance works in this game. (I'm not going to go into great detail about how damage resistance works, if you want to know all the details about it you can google it, but the basics involve having high damage values being reduced less than low damage values and having no armor level cap, similar to Fallout New Vegas and completely unlike Fallout 3 and Skyrim.)

A good amount of mods.

Cons:

Many missed opportunities, especially in the main story.

Skill checks in the base game are quite lacking in comparisson to previous fallouts.

Conclusion:

It's very different from previous Fallouts, so just because you enjoyed those doesn't necessarily mean you'll enjoy this one. It has its flaws and strengths, but given the amount of hours of entertainment this game could give you, I'd certainly encourage people to consider it.

Pros:

It's a MOBA, but it gives you an over-the-shoulder view with WASD movements rather than mouse-based movements.

Unlike other MOBAs, basic attacks require aiming.

Interesting playable characters based on gods, goddesses, and monsters from mythology.

Cons:

Although balance has improved in my opinion (So long golden bow! I still don't miss you in the slightest!) it will still require a lot of work to make sure the game is as balanced as it should be.

Pros:

Tons of player-created content and mods.

Cons:

The Source engine can be glitchy and have annoying hit boxes.
