Pros :
- I can run out while doing conversation :D
- Extreme weapon and armor customization
- Power armor like an vehicle now. So realistic
- include SimCity mini games. You rules the city now.
- now it have app companion on android and it's useful
- Everythings in game is worth to loot. Don't leave junk on your face.
- Mods FTW

Cons :
- Dialogue option so simple and it don't have a much impact towards the story
- The Story doesn't memorable. It's not like previous game.
