After finishing the game I must say I had a ton of fun and I definitely recommend it to every Arkane fan. All of my previous points still stand. And by the way, don't be scared of dying (unless you have THAT weapon that you want to keep), but experiment to your hearts content, I personally found most fun experimenting and goofing of.

There are many nods to previous Arkane games so that ought to satisfy some people.

I think that's it, as I don't think I need to reiterate anything from the original review. If you like Arkane games get it. If you want straight up Dishonored, don't (although it has some of that Dishonored DNA in it, maybe that is enough for you).

And for the love of god, please employ somebody that can further help you improve the optimization of your games, since while it was playable the whole playthrough, it suffers from a memory leak of sorts, while also having some really inconsistent performance, without any visible reason (optimize your particles, because some smoke coming out the chimney shouldn't tank the performance that much).

If I were to compare the performance to anything, I would definitely compare it to Dishonored 2, which was very inconsistent (although there was THAT mechanic that probably caused some of the optimization problems), all in contrast to the fact that DOTO and PREY ran smooth.

Haven't finished yet, but I recommend it, you can sense the Arkane DNA which is good, but it is definitely a different game when compared to Dishonored. If you can get into it, you won't be dissapointed. Just don't expect Dishonored 3: Gun Edition from this game.

Unfortunately it suffers from a memory leak (AFAIK), every now and then I recommend you to restart the game, I do it around every 2 or 3 loading screens, a bit annoying but it doesn't take long to be back in the game.

And yes, still loving it, still haven't finished, but definitely will, love the characters, they are wacky, but in a good way, and well written.
