Games peaked in 2014 I guess.

Game gets absurdly hard towards the end. Can't even refund since the two hours have passed.

Dev is anti consumer. They bricked a free demo of the game, which was another game on steam called "10 minutes till dawn", before launching this one. Remember friends, using secondary sources to get paid games for free is always morally justified when done to anti consumer companies.

The last thing we need in gaming right now is for indie devs to become more like EA, ubisoft, etc.

Great mystery game if you enjoy solving everything but the main mystery.

5 min of play and I can already see how it'll eventually become a micro transaction hell fest. Plus it looks terrible for a game that claims to be from 2020, won't even scale properly, feels like a flash game.

There are better idle games out there, from paid ones to micro transaction ones to completely free ones.

It's really sad that such a great game is hidden behind such a terrible on-boarding. The tutorial of the game, I kid you not, lasts for the first 3 chapters.

You start at a boat, and receive the tutorial on how to shoot, melee, dodge and defend. Beat a first easy boss, and go to the end of the "normal tutorial area" (the game is inside an MMO, SAO style).

In this final tutorial area, you get the tutorial on your first dungeon, the tutorial on puzzles, the tutorial on map/inspect/items/equipment and the tutorial on skill tree. Beat another boss, this time a puzzle boss.

Then you go into another tutorial, this time the "game world" tutorial, where a more advanced player teaches you about all the locations you have available inside the rookie town. That's how far I've gotten, maybe 2h in, with long breaks in between to clear the boredom.

LET ME PLAY THE GAME.

The WORST barter system I have ever seen in a game. I simply can't recommend the game as long as this rage inducing system remains.

Update: I have since discovered it's possible to hold ctrl to sell items faster, I can now recommend the game.

First things first, despite the tags, don't go into this one expecting pr0n. It's still NSFW, it has some scenes, but that's clearly not the focus.

TLDR, a decent NSFW survival horror tackling some extreme themes with a lot more sweat put into it than most NSFW games but not as great of a story and systems as other AAA survival horror games out there, but it doesn't cost as much as those other AAA survival horror, so it evens out nicely.

This is, first and foremost, a survival horror adventure set in a lovecraftian world with a decent portion of gore on the side.

You alternate between 3 distinct locations, a blood, gore and dismembered body parts aplenty cultist base, a calmer (though a bit unsettling) pleasure cult mansion and a lovecraftian dream world with statues of disfigured humanoids doing pleasure things everywhere and anxiety inducing walls.

The story is...ok. It's marginally better than some lower budget horror games out there, and a lot better than most NSFW games. The graphics and mechanics are incredible. Opening and closing things is very satisfying, the UI is great since it's contextual and hides itself when not in use. It even has reflections.

Stealth is a bit wonky. It works, but feels like a hastily added sort of system, missing features and all, though those missing features also serve to make it more realistic. This is made worse by the fact that, for the first action mission, stealth is all you have.

Sound is great, it's contextual, high quality, and varied. The only problem I have with it is its surround capabilities, which aren't that great. Nothing that impacts gameplay, but that's mostly on account the rooms are small enough you'll be using your eyes a lot more than your ears.

A great game to play before playing shadow tactics or desperados III. Otherwise it's just a lower quality version of these better games.

Worst things are the lack of strategy systems.

Want to "move to A then B"? sure pal, hold shift and click on A then B.

Want to "move to A, drop a body, then move to B"? No, that's not allowed.

Want to, you know, make sure your guerrilleros actually use guerrilla tactics and synchronize their surprise attack? No, that's too complex for these russians.

In the end, this lack of tactical systems basically make it impossible to actually use everyone at the same time, meaning you basically play the game by moving one at a time, depending on what skill you need to deal with a particular obstacle.
