I pity female elephants. Imagine having an itch that you cannot reach. Most humans can as scratching your back can be quite challenging or even impossible for some. For elephants, it's their belly. Their trunks are not long enough to reach their belly, and their legs aren't flexible. So why are female elephents worse off than males? The pain of that unscratchable itch and watching a male elephant effortlessly scratch his belly with his flaccid ♥♥♥♥ is truly unfathomable to man.
