While everyone complains about the usual stuff regarding COD I have to say that this iteration is a refreshing breath of air. I used to play COD back in the early 2000's and stopped after MW3 as the try hards and general COD being plagued with insufferable a-holes. However it feels like its much easier to counter the sweaty players and its just all around fun to play COD again.

Early Access Review
Sometimes you're the one blowing up the enemy sometimes you're getting blown up by the enemy. But every day is a good day to run over PTE's walking in the middle of the road.

Nuka World was the final edition to Fallout 4’s expansive world. I’m writing this article to share my thoughts on the state of Fallout 4. Some note’s to take before you invest yourselves into my thoughts, I am playing Fallout 4 on a PC with a AMD FX-8350, R9 280x and 16gb of DDR3 Ram. I play Fallout 4 on Ultra without God-Rays, I am running 20 modifications to the game and logged at least 500 hours into Fallout 4 as of writing this. I'm not going to touch at all on the mechanics of the game since that has not changed at all nor anything else that has not changed since release.
Fallout 4 was a fantastic game from the get go for me. I really loved New Vegas and 3 was great too but not my most favorite. However I did find some things I truly missed that New Vegas and Fallout 3 had that Fallout 4 did not. The things that I missed most were…
Expansive weapons list, and no Bethesda your weapon mods don't count as different weapons, Just cause my combat rifle has a longer barrel does not make it the same as my short one.
More dialogue options, This go around I feel like I wasn't able to say the things I would normally say. I like to be as passive aggressive as I can in the Fallout universe as that is my true nature. This go around of Fallout it was Good, eeeehhh…. , Evil. No passive aggressive ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. This was not a crippling factor for me since I was okay with the good options provided as it was the route I picked when passive aggressive wasn't available in previous Fallout’s
More town’s and cities. To be honest I actually hated the cities in Fallout 3, The only one I somewhat enjoyed was Megaton. Beyond that I didn’t care what happened to any of the citizens in places like Arefu, Rivet City, or even Canterbury Commons. New Vegas was different how ever. The people felt more genuine and had way better back stories. I liked exploring every city and town in New Vegas because everyone had something to share and it was so much easier to connect with the people. I even loved visiting Vault 3 though it was quite the pain to get there… I guess that’s just shows Obsidian has better writers than Bethesda. Fallout 4 had a lack of cities though each city I visited was quite interesting and found myself interested in everyone’s stories. Though I guess it’s just part of the background to the game where (SPOILER) the institute synths ravaged the wasteland and destroyed a lot of the settlements.

When I first started playing Fallout 4 I was very interested in settlement building. I really loved the idea of creating your own encampments of people so I can benefit the land around me and create my own towns. Especially since I was so disappointed in Fallout 3’s lack of character behind settlements. I was also a huge fan of the real time settler mod in Fallout New Vegas so it was quite the extra treat for me when announced. The starting items for settlement building were not bad in Fallout 4, Though a bick lack luster and very rustic but I guess that was okay. As I progressed through the game I was hoping Picket Fences would give me something more clean and neat to build with instead of sheet metal and plywood but alas that was something they never added that I installed a couple mod’s to make up for. Wasteland Workshop, Far Harbor and Contraptions came along and I feel like I got what I was asking for. They added a ton of new pieces and my settlements looked way more unique and clean. Then Vault Tec came out and I was able to build clean furniture and more items for my settlers to do. I feel like settlement building is a lot of fun now without mods. Thought my settlers have absolutely no character to them my buildings do and they’re mine which gives me a lot more pride and excitement about them.

Fallout’s story I feel was not as bad as people made it out to be really. It was way more diverse than Fallout 3’s and almost on par with New Vegas. There were 4 choices to be had all with different ways to end the game. They actually made subtle changes to the commonwealth so it didn’t feel like nothing after the game was completed. This is the one thing I feel people were making mountains out of mole hills with saying it wasn't as good as Fallout 3’s ending. I actually took the time to go back to 3 quickly and went to a save close to the ending where I realised I didn’t have much say in the ending besides (SPOILERS) putting an FEV into the water. Beyond that the main quest line had no significant choice that I remember. Far Harbor even gave more of an expansion on choices and moral ambiguity. Fallout 4 was about what you believed was best for the commonwealth. Though there wasn't a whole lot of backstory behind synths I saw the good in in it by a institute take over though personally I enjoyed the minutemen ending as it was the most american thing to do in the game. Though once the game is complete including DLC I can't help but feel somewhat lonely… But hey look it that more gunners to shoot!

Many people are thrilled that they can be a raider, I however found the raiders to be disgusting and barbaric. But that’s the point of an RPG you get to be what you want. This brought on a whole new dynamic to the game that more people can appreciate. Nuka World was not my cup of tea because I don't particularly like playing the bad guy. Once I wiped out the raiders I grabbed Dogmeat and went back to liberating settlements and killing raiders. It was not a bad DLC at all it was probably my third or fifth favorite DLC iteration in the fallout series when it came to the nitty gritty but again I'm just not the raider type. So now that Fallout 4 is done in a sense I would say that the state of fallout is good it’s still very playable and there’s been a lot of fixes and changed making it my second favorite Fallout after new vegas.
