I only bought this game for the campaign and yes I know, I can’t refund it anyways.

I’m sure everyone has heard news about Activision infamously taking down an upcoming mod called H2M. Basically this mod was Modern Warfare 2 Remastered, but the multiplayer version. It was the shining hope of MW2R multiplayer that has unfortunately never happened by Activision themselves. The most we have gotten was MW2R campaign.

H2M had MW2R campaign weapons with the OG MW2 firing sounds for the most part. And they even had the OG killstreaks.

Activision taking down H2M sparked lots of controversy, especially since it has got to the point where people are refunding the game and getting their money back, review bombing this game too. They really hate fun and hate mod creators forming a game that is better than theirs.

Keep in mind that Activision taking down a mod is not their first rodeo. They also infamously taken down SM2, XLabs, ♥♥♥♥, etc. And those mods were safer alternatives from playing the original multiplayer. H2M was also safe too. Playing the original multiplayer in OG MW2, BO1, BO2, OG MW3 are very dangerous to play nowadays due to an ongoing hack called RCE exploit (or Remote Control Execution). Hackers can hack someone’s account while playing any of the mentioned multiplayers and they can steal your information and hack your game from anywhere. This should be very concerning 100% because it gives the hackers what they want.

Activision does not give a single ♥♥♥♥ about their consumer. All they care about is making money and becoming greedy with their supply drop bundle and pay to win weapons/characters that are the equivalent to god mode. They should be ashamed of themselves for not allowing us to play multiplayer mods that are literally more safe.

Early Access Review
If you been playing a lot of the successor game Deep Rock Galactic, this game may be it for you. It's a top-down auto-shooter game that seems to be heavily influenced by another game called Vampire Survivors. It's pretty tense with lots of enemies swarming around you non-stop. You do get to choose a "level reward" or perk every time you level up so you can become stronger and faster.

I say what's missing really is Co-Op mode. It'll probably be more fun and more intense. Otherwise, nice game.

PowerWash Simulator is one of those games that gives you relaxing vibes of working to clean stuff and then give you the satisfaction feeling once you have finished or fulfilled the goals. Also a nice game to listen to music whenever you want motivation or just to chill while playing the game. Definitely recommend.

The game is fun with a competent team formed, especially when playing with friends.

Initially, Sony made the controversial decision to make PSN account linking from optional to mandatory. Even though the Steam Store page did say it is required either way, the issue was not everyone had the prompt to link and a skip button was an option to bypass the process.

Some good news shined on by Sony in which they will not be moving forward with the PSN account linking by making it not mandatory. Although no word yet on if they will bring back those 177 countries on the list where they no longer have the game or PSN creation unavailable, this is a good move for now.

I want to try and make this review as mixed as possible, meaning I will state some positives and negatives about this "Definitive Edition" after talking about the game's main plot.

TL;DR
The game has exceptional melee combat, which is one of the main things good about it. It is very satisfying to kill a zombie in many ways possible. However, the "Definitive Edition" is pretty much like the original game with its flaws: repetitive quests that gets bland quickly and dreadful gunplay. Also, you can't play with others that have the original game.

The game's main plot has 4 acts in total, which should take on average somewhere around 20 hours in total to reach the end and beat the game.

Act I takes place in the resort area of Banoi. The map is pretty wide open and you can discover a lot of reachable locations, especially some minor quests where you help out survivors eliminate some zombies while they are stranded. They introduce driveable vehicles, trucks in particular, which are useful in going from Point A to B fast. Two special enemies are introduced: Thug and Suicider infected types. Thug infected are like Walker zombies that move at a slow pace. However, they have a lot of health and can easily knock you down with one swipe. Suiciders on the other hand are creatures that explode when you get too close to them or when they are killed.

Act II takes place in the city of Moresby. This is probably the longest and annoying setting. The area is so cramped and there are a lot of zombies and infected types (the ones that will scream and run at lightning speed). Some of them can even glitch and clip through walls. Not to mention, some annoying quests. The lack of fast travels around the city requires a lot of running. Ram and Floater special infected types are introduced. Rams are tough and strong undead zombies that will charge at you, potentially knocking you down if you are in their line of sight. Their weakpoint is an opening on their back. Floaters are decomposed zombies that spit out projectiles that blind or disorient you and will spray putrid liquid if you get too close. They are hard to kill because they can absorb a lot of damage. Lastly, human enemies are introduced, which are punks armed with either melee weapons or firearms like a pistol or an assault rifle in very rare cases.

Act III takes place in the jungle area of Banoi. This is where things get very interesting in the main plot. Human enemies are now more common to encounter unlike the ones in the Moresby city area. They are known as troops of Afran, an enemy warlord that commands his troops and is also the arch-rival of Matutero of the River Village. They are armed with pistols very commonly and instead of being armed with an assault rifle in very rare cases, they are sometimes armed with one. The last special infected introduced are Butchers, which are essentially faster, stronger versions of the Infected.

Act IV is the last and final act in the game, taking place on a small prison island that is east of the resort. Once you travel to the prison, there is no going back so it is best to prepare and make sure you have everything you need before traveling. The prison is home to many wanted terrorists and criminals from around the world. Firearms and ammo are fairly more common to see and you can buy ammo from prisoner vendors. You learn that "the Voice" first heard in Act I is Ryder White, a colonel in the B.I.D.F (Banoi Island Defense Force). However, you also learn that White is about to leave in a helicopter and will bomb the entire island of Hanoi and you must stop him from escaping after he has drugged you and taken the vaccine. Once you reach and confront him, you witness a hard scene by watching Jin get shot and killed by Ryder after she releases Emily (Ryder's wife that is infected) that causes her to bite Ryder. As Ryder injects the vaccine on him, it actually doesn't turn out to be a cure at all as he mutates into a big zombie. As the last enemy and protagonist, you end this for good by eliminating him and escape in Ryder's helicopter to beat the game.

So that's that for the main plot. Now for the pros and cons based on my experience.

Pros:
+Decent graphics which is nice for those who has owned and played the original game.
+The game is open world. You're free to explore pretty much anywhere and you don't have to finish a quest on a time limit.
+Nice and addicting melee gameplay. You can find a good melee weapon almost anywhere and if you have good luck then you can find a much better one.
+Amazing gore when you kill zombies and human enemies.

Cons:
-You can't play with people that own the original game. If you want to play with each other, then you and your friends must buy and own the "Definitive Edition". Some people bought the original game and still have it to this day and asking people to buy the same game again is very demotivating.
-Wonky movement. By that, the movement is not so smooth at all, even when capping at 60 fps.
-Horrendous gunplay. The gun combat is just... what is even that? There is like some sort of assisted aim that even when aim assist is completely disabled, it's still there.
-Melee weapons will break and don't last for a long time. If you want to keep it running, then you have to find a workbench and repair it.
-Quests are very bland and are all the same. Help survivor get something and return it back to them, escort them to safety, etc. It's a rinse and repeat process to which it gets boring very fast. This doesn't add any originality and creativity.
