Steam caught it right away, I noticed message from Sream 4 hours later, started changing passwords etc. and within 8 hours or so was back online.

However... Steam gave me temp password, but I still needed mobile authenticator and that's what had been turned off in the first place, so it was a bit of a battle to get sorted... but like I said, about 8 hours total.

I know not to click links (in general) but since it was using the Steam Authenticator, I didn't even think about it and just assumed it would be good... oops.
