Trash controls ruining the game?

This game is cool, but my controller isn't working and i'm being forced to use a/d or left/right arrows and enter while maintaining dual shifts... It is terrible. Tell me I am missing something?

I am experiencing a weird visual bug where the bridge to Ivory Peaks looks completed but I just fall right through it even though I have fixed it before. It's a lovely chill game with some really enjoyable mechanics. It's primarily Pinball + Metroidvania with a fantastic art style to boot.

Follows in the footsteps of such great modern platformers as Rayman Legends, Ori and the Blind Forest, Never Alone, and Guacamelee to build the Pinball game of your dreams. More forgiving than Sonic Spinball, more expansive than 3-D Ultra Pinball: Thrillride, and full of more hidden secrets than the classic Full Tilt! Pinball - this may just be the most fun Pinball game ever made!
