The game's great when you aren't getting Spelunked

Be warned that getting Spelunked in this game feels many, many times worse than it did in the first one.

The more I played of it the more I realized this was easily my favorite dlc, which in turn elevated Rain World to becoming perhaps my favorite game of all time.

The more I explored and dug into each campaign, the more I realized how much effort went into carefully expanding on anything and everything the original experience offered.

If you beat Rain World and were left thinking "what if..?" It's a safe bet you'll enjoy Downpour.

It's more difficult than the base game, sure, but if you reached credits once I'm sure you have what it takes to do it all over again.

This isn't a game I can recommend to most people, but I nevertheless will. It's difficult and takes more effort on the player's part to understand than most others. Dying is a major part of the learning experience, and a great deal of patience will be required. If you can offer the game this, it's sure to be one of the most memorable experiences you'll have.

It's a journey that'll make you feel emotions you didn't know existed.

The game demands quite a bit of patience. However, if you're willing to offer that, you won't regret it.
