Spread democracy with everyone, even people without a PSN account. great game, be aware of bugs, robots and bad publishers though.

Great replay value with multiplayer, decently balanced.
Campaign gets more fun with the numerous DLC, adds more depth to it.

How many hours did i put into this?
Fun game, especially if you get a larger group to work together. beyond that not to special though.

Performance
Runs mostly smooth at 50fps (RX 480). Few drops and hiccups to 30 fps.
Changing to borderless and upping max FPS to 90 in ingame settings and disabling Gsync in tge settings file all helped boost FPS and hiccups to current performance
Had to disable steam overlay due to menu's starting to flicker after two hours of playing.
Might need a patch or 2 to bring performance up to par, but acceptable for now.
On planets that have more diverse rock structures performance seems to struggle more then smooth planets.

Gameplay
Gameplay is generally smooth, aimed for a intuitive guidance and open to the decisions of the player. Help is little but enough if you pay attention. Death means losing inventory, which can be retreived.
Exploration is fun, but with the ammount of naming to do i am happy with the option to use the pregiven name at times.
Galaxy map needs improvement, it is difficult to find certain star systems back.
Switching between keyboard/mouse and XBOX one controller (wired) is seamless, i find flying with controller more enjoyable.
New content (including larger ships) by developers seem interesting and are promosied to be free of charge.

Would give a 7/10 as of now, with performance fixes and new content it could be a 8 or 9 out of 10 in the future
