This fixes 100% usage CPU bug

Create in Battlefield directory user.cfg file and write inside just this command lines:

Thread.ProcessorCount 8
Thread.MaxProcessorCount 8

Number depends of your CPU Cores/Threads, mine are 6/12.

In a few words they managed to create a worse BF game than Hardline
