Forcing me to login to sony only after I can't return the game is deceptive. I wouldn't have bought the game had I known that was required. I will return this game if possible.

This is a simple and fun game. Cooperative and deadly. Unique enemies and challenges.
This is at least 2023's among us. It has a lot of upward potential. If it can incorporate come of the mod changes and scale it will hold people's interest for years.

After an hour of troubleshooting I still can't get this game to save. Takes like 4 minutes to even get in the game due to all the prompts and unskippable intro to see if any change helped. Garbage software and since it takes so long to open I probably will not be allowed to get my money back even though I can't play it with a 4070...
Got further by killing uplay then restarting and agreeing to all their changes. Your friends AI is terrible refused to fight when surrounded by enemies and enemies only focused on me. Water visuals going from a lake to river randomly. Places where it doesn't allow you to save. NPCs disappearing then appearing 10 feet above the ground then floating down. Extremely clunky menus with long pauses. You get de-synced during battles randomly. Bug where your crew which you need to open chests with 2 people just never come. The AI in hand to hand combat is worse than AC black flag. When attacking an enemy 3 ft away, the boat full of archers can't hit the enemy once.Hard crash to desktop almost every time you try to take a screen shot through steam.

Update: the farming is a chore. If we could just hire a guy to automate it that would help. Getting the red seahorse is too difficult. A very expensive holster to carry 2 weapons would allow us to try out weapons without dying. Iron ore is too rare compared to lead and copper(~10% as frequent). Please add in the tranq rifle 2 or 3 maybe just after you beat the final boss to make the end game faster. Additionally an insanely expensive underwater scooter with 2-5 minutes of charge would be really nice. like 10 of each mineral cost.

I've never been a fan of cooking games but the sushi restaurant in this game is actually fun because of the mechanics and being able to hire help. Allowing us to upgrade the staff for fairly cheap makes this part fun instead of grueling. The diving part of the game is very good so far with 7 hours in. There are new areas and mechanics frequently but none of them seem out of reach or burdensome.

100 percenting this game takes probably ~16 hours. Largest challenge I had was how to jump high. You only press shift or space bar once one when you want to "double jump". Many areas are just meant for you to wait until you are larger and you have "triple jump" or more. Underwater aimed momentum does help too. I had the bug where you can't move forward with the main quest until you confront scaly pete. You have to knock out the mini-quests in other areas then fight the area bosses to trigger that confrontation. I had waited so long without looking it up that I went from adult to mega and skipped the eldar stage.

This is one of the few great metroidvania games on par with one of the original greats once you get 25-50 percent through the game. The movement is excellent, lore is strong and music on point. Let's hope its sequel can live up to the high expectations.

This game has a lot going for it but suffers a lot from a sense of being hollow or done poorly. The city, while large is mostly devoid of things to do, the police pop into existence in the middle of the desert in swarms. Certain people are irrationally difficult to kill. The capitalist hellscape is frankly just depressing. You amazingly can't modify your cars. You can't steal and sell cars. Upgrades are irrationally locked behind street cred ratings.

Fun quick game. Some of the endless bottlenecks are less obvious like not having built drones before, having to make a rescue building to get new citizens and periodic food yields. Currently I am hard locked with what looks like a game breaking bug. That is to be expected on a game that came out this week. Hope it gets fixed soon

A charming art style and great mechanics make this a fun game. Very few bugs and the only 1 I remember has been cosmetic.

This is a good sequel to the original. No real complaints but by comparison to the first game, I had to search harder for some locations and some were a bit difficult differentiate based on their names
