God of War is an incredible experience from start to finish. The game's production value is staggering, and really shines through the impeccable quality and graphical fidelity of the cutscenes, animation, and the plethora of cinematic moments littered throughout the story.

I have never played a GoW game, but this entry does an incredible job at representing already established characters to new players; giving enough glimpse and perspective into Kratos' past and how he has ended up in his current situation, and a lot of it is delivered very cleverly though dialogue and naturally occurring moments. Very impressed. In other words, the call backs and exposition to the original series do not feel like your typical marvel-esque fan-service.
The game's true strength comes from the quality of the story and writing. There is an overall plot going on with the Norse Gods; Odin, Baldur and the like hunting down Kratos. However, the main appeal for me was the relationship between Atreus and Kratos; how that changes over time, and how Kratos learns to become more of a father, rather than a strict mentor or teacher. The latter half of the game has some very cathartic and heart-warming moment, and also has some decent humour that doesn't undermine the seriousness of the story.

All the characters are great and well acted (mo-cap and VA). This truly is one of the more cinematic experiences I've had in the last decade. I will say it scratched an itch that certain games like RDR2 and DT left behind.

Can't wait for Ragnarok

This is no simple DLC. This is a full on expansion. It serves as a great continuation of CDPR's long standing reputation for S-tier quality post-release content (Hearts of Stone, Blood and Wine).

It capitalises, and builds on the foundations of Cyberpunks' biggest strength: its story, characters and world building. While, yes, there are added gigs, side missions, weapons, vehicles and a new locale, the meat of this DLC is within the new characters introduced and the spy-thriller adventure that ensues.
The first 2-hours feature one of the best action set-pieces in the entire game, and culminates in an incredibly personal, emotional and cinematic conclusion that absolutely tugged at my heartstrings. In my opinion, this story rivals the base game story, and I'm torn between which one I like better.
Phantom Liberty builds upon already established material from the base game's lore, so nothing is really plucked from thin air to supplement the story it wants to tell.

All-in-all, I had a blast. The amount of content is akin to a full game; some 25-30 hours, and its new ending for the base game left me with a very bittersweet aftertaste. All for £24.99. Well done to all the folks that poured their soul into this from CDPR

This game is great. It has its problems, but the main draw for me are the settings/environments and scenarios Billy finds himself in. The game is filled with action-packed sequences, and nearly each mission is varied enough for it to feel like a great sequel.

Gameplay wise, its a bit of a bore-fest. Yeah, the gun play is incredible and smooth, but its very much just shoot everything that moves and get to the end of the level. Not very exciting, but serviceable. The meat of this game comes from the story, specifically the plot, and the different locations you go to; they have a good amount of variation to them. However, the actual writing of the dialogue is... questionable in some areas. However, this didn't detract much from the overall feel the story was trying to provide.

There is a specific scene in a Nazi occupied Washington D.C that just had me gawking at the screen the whole time. Overall, a very beautiful game with satisfying story beats, but falls a bit short in the gameplay department.

Also. Space Nazis.

This game is an absolute blast!
There are plenty of PvE and PvP modes to choose from, but in my opinion, the meat of the game lies in the PvE content. It manages to capture a real immersive feeling you get from games like Arma and Squad, while still retaining that arcade shooter vibe in some aspects; a perfect blend of the two.
This game is refreshing: there are no hit markers, no kill feed, so you have to visually confirm you have killed someone. The visual feedback you get from popping someone's head is glorious.

The Gunplay is out of this world and so responsive/satisfying. The variety of the weapons is incredible, aswell as the plethora of enemy types you come across. Gameplay wise, its a banger. However, only get this game if you want to shoot stuff mindlessly.
The characters talk WAY TOO MUCH. The dialogue must have been written by an autistic 12 year old. There is no way on earth anyone above the age of 13 finds this ♥♥♥♥ funny. The characters and dialogue annoy me so much I play with dialogue at 0. It is absolutely abhorrent and unbearable at times. My advice: do all the side content and stay away from the main story.

I do recommend this at the end of the day, but I hope to god Gearbox hires better writers.

This game has left me awe stricken... Still, it remains one of the greatest games ever made. Well done, Capcom.

I regret nothing

Feels more like an experience than a game.
