Best ARPG out there, but it's starting to get bloated

IT'S HALO ON MOUSE AND KEYBOARD, IT'S BASICALLY THE PERFECT SHOOTER. HALO 2 AND 3 WILL BE OUT SOON AND THEN IT'S ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT.

Fantastic strategy game, based in one of my favorite fictional universes! Take command of a mercenary company and help restore peace to a waring space nation.

The game is a ton of fun. There is a problem with hackers currently but devs can only do so much to stop hackers, even big AAA games still run in to the problem.

Optimization isn't 100% but it's been steadily getting better. I've personally noticed better stability in frames since the last few big patches. People who ♥♥♥♥♥ about the devs not optimizing or fixing bugs because they are working on maps or guns can't seem to fathom that there are different dev teams working on different projects. I don't think artist and character animators will have much to do with fixing the netcode, guys.

It's a fun game that has some really unfortuante flaws. The pricing structure is my main complaint. I want to spend money on the game but I can't find a way to without spending too much or not feeling satisfied. MC is underwhelming beyond Premium time. You can play 100% free, however, so I don't feel left behind by not buying mech packs.

Balance has been wonky for a while but it's taken some huge steps in the right direction recently. More balance changes are coming according to the devs so I'm hopeful we'll see some improvements. The game isn't optimized as well as it could be but again, we've seen some recent improvements in that area. It still chugs on low end systems so beware. The game is VERY processor heavy.

Despite the game's obvious and not so obvious flaws, it has kept my attention for over 3 years now. I've met lots of people and wasted a ton of days. It's definitely worth a try.

I've given up on trying at life since Fallout 4. I wake up, go to work, and play Fallout when I get home. Real food is no longer a concern. It's good.
