Great game, great fun, pretty nice devs, absolute garbage of a publisher pulling ♥♥♥♥ moves

Nice study on how a publisher can erase all the goodwill they collected in 3 months in just 2 days (from very Very Positive to Overwhelmingly Negative)

Was pleasantly surprised by this game, ended up liking it much more than expected.
Can't believe I missed this in 2009, atleast got to play it now in 2024. Shame the port is still plagued by some issues (60fps cap and 60Hz forced on Fullscreen, some rare random crashes), but it's very much playable.

Very much recommended

Took almost a year to get Darktide in a generally recommendable state, but that's the Fatshark release schedule sadly.

Dank combo of ranged combat and the signature melee combat of Vermintide games, Jesper Kyd does the OST once again so you know it's great. The Cosmetics shop is still a scam, and the Crafting system still sucks with the locks, but overall can recommend.

While some might think this is the worst of the trilogy, the game is more than worth a playthrough. Flying Wild Hog made it a decent product after all the patches, although there are still some bugs and stuttering (I'd recommend DXVK GPLAsync for a better experience).

As far as the game goes, it's a mix of SW1 and Doom Eternal, and it does its job. The combat is fun, the grappling hook is nice as are the finishers, the arenas are more or less done well, just like the boss fights. The new Lo Wang VA on the other hand, it just doesn't fit. Too much of it sounds tryharding and honestly ruins Wang's charm. Completely unneeded. The other VAs that got changed are fine.

Overall, it's fun and worth a recommend (though it's only 8 hours, so more of a sale recommend)

Loads of game references and easter eggs.

Genuinely impressive mod. Could be easily sold under official Half-Life Name.
The production value compared to the first just can't be compared. And the first one was already nice.

Do yourself a favour and play this!

Absolute top tier game that was just randomly shadowdropped. Can feel the passion and love Tango poured into it.
If you love hack n slash mixed with rhythm combat, this is an easy buy.

The amount of content you get for the price is just unbeatable

Pretty fun 3D platformer, quite charming with a nice soundtrack and good humour. Having Workshop support is another banger positive. Definitely an easy buy if you're into platformers!

P.S. If you're having performance issues, game runs on DX9, so I'd recommend trying out DXVK (async). Ran much better on RX580 (after building the shader cache ofc).

Crytek has a real banger in their hands. This game is really something. Requires getting used to it a bit but you get the hang of it pretty soon tbh. No P2W bullshite, DLC is strictly cosmetic. Artwork is awesome. Good headphones are a must I'd say, as the audio is really damn good. Also the main menu theme is quite catchy, heh.

Easy recommendation, Hunt/10.
