Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord is one of the if not the most satisfying medieval game you can buy. If you ever wanted to command massive armies, ride into battle yourself, and carve out your own kingdom in a living medieval world, this game absolutely delivers the hell out of your imagination.

The combat is brutal (especially with mods), skill-based, and insanely immersive. You are not just giving orders from a menu... you are on the battlefield, sword in hand or bow drawn, charging with your troops at full speed. Large-scale battles with hundreds of soldiers feel intense and chaotic in the best possible way.

Outside of combat, Bannerlord gives you full freedom. You can be a mercenary, trader, bandit, noble, ruler, etc. You manage armies, politics, castles, towns, economy, marriages, and alliances. The world feels alive, with factions fighting wars, cities prospering or starving, and power constantly shifting.

One of the strongest points is mod support. Bannerlord has an enormous modding community that takes the game to another level. You can add quality-of-life improvements, realism overhauls, new weapons and armor, complete fantasy conversions, or massive gameplay expansions. Mods keep the game fresh for hundreds or even thousands of hours.

Visually, the game looks GREAT (but also don't expect TLOU graphics). Battles are cinematic, armor and weapons are detailed, and the atmosphere really sells the medieval setting. Performance is solid, even with a medium-end pc, and updates have improved stability and balance over time.

If you like strategy, action, RPG elements, and total freedom, Bannerlord is an easy recommendation. It is deep, addictive, and endlessly replayable.

Arma Reforger is a combination of the most diehard milsims and the funniest multiplayer experiences you can find. It's just perfect if you're tryna have a good time with the boys while lighting up some humvees with the rpg! Recommended.

Really fun and "relaxing" (lol) game to play when you are waiting for something or are just bored. Really recommended.

I am so glad this game exists and I am glad the devs are continuing the series and keeping the game alive. There aren't a lot of medieval games like this, so I can say quite certainly that this one's the best.
There are a few "bugs" here and there but that's just a minor concern compared to other games that have 10 times the budget. Seen how the devs started from practically nothing and created this masterpiece, I'd say this game deserves a shot by anyone who's interested in Medieval RPGs or a fun adventure in general!
