grindy but rewarding with very fun combat, especially the ancient magic throws. Not worth full price unless you adore the world but is fun with or without lore

96% positive speaks for itself but most the negative reviews I see are Divinity fans upset with a more dnd like pivot. More is up to chance because of the dice rolls, i find it a fun way to do things because combat is rarely the same between encounters, you need to adjust when you fumble rolls.

Bad UI is mentioned, I find it moot because its both good enough and difficult to do well with dnd style characters. Google DND character sheets, theyre a reskinned double page spreadsheet.

Basic actions being hard without a class built around it, some truth but theres many solutions to almost all actions. Too short a jump distance? Extended leap or misty step scroll or spell.

Bugs mentioned, its rock steady w no issues noticed on my aggressively overclocked linux pc that isnt even properly built wtf are you doing to make it less stable???

You're basically forced to have a party of 4. Divinity had a "lone wolf" perk allowing smaller more lethal parties for less diverse abilities (max 2 classes in party vs 4) and higher risk/reward. This game has none of that, its basically 4 or death.

runs good on my endeavour os system, it still holds up and is a fun game as someone who hadnt played it till 2023 i was genuinely impressed a few times. Lots of people talking about crashes but i played an over 3 hr session with no interruptions

almost unplayable on keyboard but great on controller

very good, made me rage quit, froze my pc when i alt f4 and when i pulled my power cable i broke my wifi antenna and i still came back for more.

big learning curve but its a fun game to sit down and play for half an hour

in a bad state, has always been predatory with prices which has only gotten worse, removing linux/steam deck support, terrible matchmaking, pretty toxic community. The league of legends of battle royals in the worst way possible.
Was good while it lasted but its time to move on.

cash cow, rockstar dont give a ♥♥♥♥ about this game as long as it keeps lining their pockets. Theres so many issues It needs an essay to do justice to it.

This dlc changes the game more than I anticipated and thats great. (its toggleable dont worry.) I expected the survivors and the maps just to be tacked on as a little extra content without much depth as many game devs do, I was wrong, there are a number of new mechanics and changes. This dlc is definitely aimed at experienced players and adds an extra layer of difficulty on but is definitely playable by new players as well.

TL;DR its good
