A wonderful take on the concept of truth and the arguments that can be made in regards to defining what "truth" is and how much we should value it.

Lost Judgment is an exploration of those arguments and eloquently professes its belief on the matter while simultaneously critiquing what it believes in via its amazing cast of characters. It truly is an amazing story.

... But a terrible game. Perhaps its because of my fatigue with brawlers and the Yakuza formula in general - but I absolutely hated playing the game despite the combat system being the best one RGG has made so far (excluding Like a Dragon). I despised the stealth and tailing sections and I sighed every time I was forced to climb another surface that looked like someone shot ropes at it. I would rather have climbed an actual rope that would go directly to the destination rather than do urban wall climbing that posed no difficulty (wall climbing is supposed to be a puzzle!).

Anyways, I still recommend this game wholeheartedly for its plot, themes, and charcaters- the gameplay just wasn't it for me at all.
