forgot to add iron eye ult, wylder ult, charged raider skill and raider ult, guardian ult, and executor's L2 in ult can all break the bubble as well

honestly melee ironeye is the move if you want to make him more fun, now you're making me regret not dropping the wing of astel I saw as a drop in the rise. that and the passives he can get on bows on deep of night are cool too.
basically instead of having a defined phase 2 Libra has that bubble he enters, from there if you break em he hulks out and stops casting spells, if you don't you get what we saw in the fight. I'm not sure what you know about the deals but the only ones that are worth it are resist aliments or eventual greatness if you think you can survive for 2 minutes without getting knocked down, or if you think the fight would even last that long.

It was my second time fighting Libra, I'm still not really sure how it works but when I touched one of the gold sigils accidentally I figured it was helpful to touch them, so I started doing it later in the fight whenever that one attack came up. Glad we won that, I'm trying to win with every nightfarer for the achievements and I found Ironeye rather boring.
