Early Access Review
The game is in early access so, a lot of content is marked "coming soon" or "WIP", but everything that is there is solid. This has the foundation to be one of my favorite games for years to come.

You can't beat the classics, except maybe for the classics remastered

I've sunk 14 hours into this game over the last two days.

Yes, there are some graphical bugs. For me these have ranged from barely noticeable to mildly annoying. I have NOT encountered ANY game breaking bugs.

This game is exactly what the developer promised: A functionally infinite space exploration and crafting game. I would like to see some more story, and a bit more diversity in planets, but these are my wants, not what HelloGames promised.

Overall, HelloGames delivered on their promise with surprisingly few bugs considering the small size of the team and the massive size of the launce.

Firewatch started out as a decent game, and quickly got into some intrigue/mystery that kept me wanting to keep playing. Unfortunately, the resolution of the mystery is incredibly disappointing.

Also, about 2/3 of the way through the game, the game would hange every 20-30 seconds for a good forty minutes. Incredibly annoying.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with this game. Not worth anywhere near $20

After 45 hours, and 100% completion I feel somewhat qualified to give a review of this game.

This, was an incredible experience and almost a privilege to play.

STORY
Rocksteady hit it out of the park with the story. Arkham Knight is a fitting conclusion to the story begun in Arkham Asylum. It is an emotional, and at sometimes painful, ride through the aftermath of the prior games on Bruce Wayne's psyche. The only gripe I have is with the identity of the Arkham Knight. I feel there were a few better options they could have gone with than the one they chose. Still a great story, just could have been a bit better.

GAMEPLAY
The combat style is nearly identical to Arkham City, with a few new takedowns and tactics thrown in. A few of the thugs felt overpowered, and I had a hard time with some of the fights, but far more often then not I walked away from a pile of unconscious thugs feeling more like a Legend, and a force of nature than a corruptible man. In essence, I felt like The Batman.

THE BATMOBILE
I was a little worried with how the Batmobile was included in the first few missions. I felt like it was shoehorned into places it didn't really belong. The Batmobile quickly grew on me, and looking back, other than the first mission or two, it didn't interfere with the story at all.

THE ISSUES
I was worried after reading about the issues that a lot of people were experiencing. I feel like it is a gross overreaction. I did encounter a few graphical glitches every now and then, but only after playing for more than six or seven hours straight, and restarting the game fixed them with no problem. Having played through every mission in the game, I NEVER encountered any game breaking bugs, certainly nothing to justify the backlash this game has gotten. If my game was locked at 30 FPS, I never noticed, as it was fluid, detailed, and beautiful from start to finish. I played it on Ultra settings with a GTX 970 card.

SUMMARY
A brilliant game, and easily in the top ten of my favorite games of all time
