Jank, but in the good way. Imagine Goat Simulator if the goats could cast spells. Or beat children to death with a baguette.

A fun little sandbox with plenty of entertaining stuff in the castle, even after you've finished the one (currently available) quest. Keeping your spell progress between deaths gives a decent sense of progression. Eagerly waiting for updates and more missions.

Helped me amidst a depressive episode. Everyone is so kind and horny. This is my home now.

EDIT-- Criticism beware. I suggest not talking with CMs on discord or their socials. People are being banned for voicing concerns over stuff such as pricing, future content and in-game text chat all all things. I know the Tribe's community is up in arms at the moment but the vitriolic backlash of some of the devs and their CMs has been really gross.

THE PROS:

• The game starts you off with a few bot matches before tossing you to the wolves, which is great for newcomers to the GO FAST simulator.
  
• Monetization is strictly cosmetic.
  
• The Class System of Ascend returns but exists as a template. You can mix and match the weapons of your designated weight class.
  
• Low Price point. Not F2P like their previous title, but no longer has the moneytraps that came with Ascend.
  
  THE CONS:
  
  
• Bare bones game modes. You have 16v16 CTF and a Ranked 7v7 CTF. Compared to Ascend which had CTF, CTF Blitz, Cap & Hold, Arena, TDM and Rabbit.
  
• The pricing for the character and weapon skins are ludicrously expensive, even at a discount for Early Access.
  
• At of the time of writing, there is zero way to earn cosmetics through gameplay. Only Profile Pics and Character Cards.
  
• Hi-Rez still runs the company. They are known to rugpull games the moment the next gravy train comes along. Given their track record I don't expect longterm support, but I'd love to be proven wrong.
  
  WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE:
  
  
• More game modes and maps. CTF is the core of the game but one game mode at launch is just sad.
  
• A clear indicator when bots are in a match to tell the difference between players and AI
  
• A way to farm cosmetics rather than dumping more than twice the price of the base game on a FOMO 365 day battlepass.
  
• VoIP on by default and an opt-out method.
  
• Text chat. You can only VGS so much.
  
• Community Mods needs to get the stick out their asses and take criticism as that; criticism. Not an attack.
  
  Tribes 3 is a bare bones Tribes Experience, currently lacking in game modes and customization. However, it makes up for it with the incredibly addicting core gameplay of "Go fast. Cap flags. Defend point. Get frags." Buyer beware Hi-Rez's previous projects (Tribes: Ascend & Global Agenda) and buy in knowing that support may vanish in just 6 months. But for it's low cost and promising roadmap, it's worth dipping your toes in.

A sub-$30, modern day survival game with zero microtransactions and decent progression speed. Also, the salamander is hot.

Hours of time spent talking with my ISP, flushing my DNS, changing my IP address and using VPNs and I STILL can't connect to Rockstar's garbage servers to verify I own the game I bought. Screw Rockstar's stupid third party launcher. Screw always online DRM.

Runescape 4.

The line of virtual "PET" is blurred when the range of creatures is anywhere from "Carpeted Wall" to "Large Breasted Demon." 10/10 would play RNG Banana Roulette again.
