This game is unplayable. Crashes and freezes every time I try to make a Custom battle or play the second campaign.
I searched fixes for this problem and it seems that you need to revert to an older Nvidia Driver version.. so basically you need to have a special PC that only runs this "game". In half an hour the game crashed 10 times. (While selecting different armies, switching battle modes... Underground maps is instant crash, no chance there)

I DO NOT recommend it!

It crashes on Windows 10 but with the correct engine.cfg file it will work.
However if you have more than 2 RAM the game will look awful because the textures will be blurred.
Still this is a good game with all his problems.
