Best Need for Speed in the last 10 years in terms of content and enjoyment IMO. Some things make you cringe like the story and voice acting and I'm not super into the soundtrack but the core game play is incredibly fun. The Campaign makes you actually work your way up to the fast expensive cars unlike other racing games out right now, and the multiplayer is fun and addicting once you get your cars done up right.

Personally I prefer Heat's Atmosphere and setting (Miami) over Chicago but these are just personal gripes and the game attempts to set itself in a gritty and illegal street racing scene well enough. I hope they go more towards the Heat and NFS 2015 route for future installments but hey it's done well enough here too.

Need for Speed Unbound is also the only Need for Speed to have more than a year of post-launch support and Criterion have been bending over backwards to deliver new content for the game, such as dedicated PVP lobbies. NFS Unbound isn't perfect, not even close. But I'm excited for the future of Need for Speed Again thanks to it. I highly recommend getting this game if its on sale and giving it a shot. It won't be everyone's cup of tea but if you can get past the awful writing and cringe story, there's a lot to enjoy here!

Core Gameplay is great and a lot of fun.

Blizzard is putting overtime at the L factory though. The game overall feels like it's not utilizing it's own potential
- PVE is mid compared to what we were shown years ago.
- Removal of Overwatch 1
- Battlepass is doo doo
- So much lore that is just not utilized.

This game will leave simulator drivers unsatisfied, but as an arcade racer, it's pretty fun! I quite enjoy the game and it's a nice pick-up put-down racer! If I'm just in the mood for some fun causal racing I'll play this. If i'm looking for get really in-depth with sim-like rally racing in VR and on a wheel, I'll play Dirt Rally 2. Two awesome games for two different moods.

There is less than 2 hours of actual gameplay. When you add in another two hours of unskippable custscenes, you end up with a four hour game.

This game is possibly one of the worst racing games I have played. There are worse games yes, but they usually price themselves at a couple of cents or a dollar maybe, but this game has the audacity to charge $50. Yet you get a game where your car can't turn and the physics are god awful. The customization is really good, but that doesn't mean anything when you can barely drive.

*IN addition To all of This, Ubisoft has decided to pull the plug on the original and much superior The Crew 1 game. Rendering it 100% Unplayable to folks who bought the game and it's DLCs. #StopKillingGames.

I'm sorry, I just cannot reccomend this game. I really wanted this game to be good, and it is in certain areas, however there are too many glaring issues right now that make this game suffer. Especially in the eyes of the first game, which I have over 900 hours in.

* Pros

* Runs better then the previous game.
* I like a lot of the new boat and plane events.
* Character Customization
* God-Tier Network Connection *It doesn't feel like you are racing against others it's Really Good*

* Cons

The map overall was upgraded, but many textures and assets were downgraded. Such as building and prop textures, as well as the removal of stoplights from intersections for some reason.

* The game's identity is complete garbage. It tries to paint it'self as a *Legal* motorsport game but this just comes off as half-assed and crappy. The game should of stayed in it's illegal, underground theme. Atleast for the street racing portion of the game. Speaking of the street racing in this game, the main mentor for the street racing leauge in this game spends all of his time mouthing off how "Street Racing is Bad" and how we should all be keeping racing to the tracks. Complete garbage campaign for a STREET RACING GAME!

* No Police are in the game. The police chases, while pretty mediocre in the first game, still added countless hours of fun to the game, especially after the "Calling All Units" Expansion in 2016. Their removal just adds to the frustration of this game's theme being complete garbage, as well as the free-roam being empty.

* Speaking of Free-Roam, the free-roam feels empty, especially with the fact that there are no cops, less skill challenges, and only 8 people in a world, at a time. For a map really big like The Crew 2's, it really makes the world feel empty.

*Now the biggest one right now, the lack of any sort of PVP mode. I understand that PVP is coming in december, but it simply cannot wait that long. PVP was pretty much end-game for The Crew 1, so it not being in The Crew 2 pretty much makes the whole point of playing the game moot, until it's added in December.

*Conclusion: Wait until December until PVP comes out to buy, however the game will still probably be a grind-fest by then.

Love It so far! It may seem like a simple design at first, but if you want to be at the top, you will be retrying every event till you get there. Plus there are many hidden platforms. It really brings back that old Burnout feel! <3
