Very well made game, I've enjoyed it a lot.

- mechanically it draws inspiration from Viscera Cleanup Detail and Powerwash Simulator, mixes them well and adds unique ideas and some improvements for a more relaxed cleaning experience
- varied levels, some with unique gameplay elements
- the main character is well written and voiced, his comments are actually funny
- there is actual story to the individual levels as well as an overarching narrative which works well with the overall vibe of the game, giving it a breaking bad-esque feeling
- the music choices are great, I've actually found a new niche band to listen to

It took me about 14 hours to 100% all the levels on a casual playthough and find all the secrets, and I'm hoping for some expansion to come at a later date.

Gameplay itself is fun, polish dubbing if fun, but the experience is painful on modern computers.
- it often crashes when opening inventory in the city level (usually around the laundromat)
- it freezes when trying to exit the game
- if it crashes or freezes, you have to reboot your PC or it will not launch again
- many issues with navigation (sometimes a doorframe will just not let you through, I assume there's some elevation difference the game interpretes as an obstacle). I wasn't able to finish the bridge near the end of the game because Simon would just not walk off it, like there was an invisible wall.
- many visual issues, especially in chapter 6 where everything turns into a wireframe nightmare (can be mostly fixed by saving and reloading the game)
- the final puzzle of the game is impossible to complete on most modern computers, as it requires specific hardware present which nowadays barely anyone has installed

Overall I wouldn't recommend going through it unless those issues are fixed at some point. Shame that a nostalgic game gets this treatment.
On the brighter side at least I got the funniest ending - I was streaming the game to a friend and couldn't finish it, so played a YouTube let'splay instead... Of a guy who also wasn't able to finish the game and also played a YouTube video on his stream.

Very fun game as it already is, though the experience isn't perfect yet, as it can get a bit buggy. But the devs seem to be rather active at improving it. Asset reuse is done smartly, with ample randomization which highly increases replayability. Some voice acting is weird to say the least, but it's not a big issue. The stories are lighthearted enough for the voice acting to be fitting in a way.

The game just launched and there are some bugs to fix, but overall it's a fun spin on the offroad formula. Mission structure is somewhere between mudrunner and snowrunner - you pick your trucks and load into a map with the specific mission in mind (kinda like mudrunner), but you also can just freeroam in the region and do additional tasks and contracts placed in the game world - like snowrunner. The changes to gameplay seem well balanced and welcome.
For now the using the menus is rather cumbersome with a mouse - especially managing the truck's inventory. I'd recommend playing with a controller until this is resolved.

It's not a bad game at the current price.
It still has a number of design issues that have to be addressed before I can truly recommend it, but there is no option for a neutral review and I wouldn't recommend against it right now.

I had a hard time deciding whether to recommend this game or not.

First thing worth addressing - if you're looking for an experience akin to Hardspace Shipbreaker, this is not it. You do not deconstruct the ships themselves apart. You only strip them down from materials by destroying a lot of props laying around.

Second - the "economy" of this game is very imbalanced. By the 4th ship I was cleaning I have already maxed out everything. Had all the best tools, all the available skills, upgraded all buildings and hired max employees. Afterwards there also is no need to ever use the smelter, since you're better off just selling all materials you come back with quickly and go back to the ship. Beyond this point money is also never an issue. It would be nice to have some money sink available, an end goal to work towards to. Maybe invest in the town itself to give it some visual upgrades.

That said, beyond those two "issues" the game is enjoyable and has its own charm. It's worth giving a shot imo, just know what to expect.
