Feels like an alpha of the version of the game, which is exactly what it is. Runs pretty decent on my build once I lower the graphics options (70-100 FPS depending on location at 1440p low preset). They really don't degrade the look or feels of the game much but lower settings really help with framerate. Game is also running smooth, there's really not much stuttering.

The atmosphere of the game is amazing and so is the soundtrack. They really accompany each other. Movement is still pretty sluggish, your character gets stuck on terrain quite a lot, but the shooting feels nice.

AI still needs quite a bit of work, they spazz out or get stuck on terrain quite a lot. They also like to spawn really close or right in front of you which kills the immersion of the game.

It is everything that I expected of the game launching so early in its development cycle. The bones of the game are nice and strong. Let's see how the devs sculpt around them.

Sony may have reversed the PSN account requirement but they still sold me the game knowing that I won't be able to play it.

Good game. Love the new rally stage. Cars feel nice to drive and the game itself doesn't run too bad after a few updates.

Edit: I'm changing my review to negative because EA/Codemasters are adding a kernel level anti-cheat which this game doesn't need at all. It was completely fine the way it was and all it does now is remove access to the game for players who are not on Windows. What a shame.

Very fun game with great humor and very great replayability.

Bought it for 3 euros and it's not even worth it for that. It plays horribly on keyboard and it plays horribly on a wheel. You must have a controller because otherwise it's garbage. Playing a racing game with a controller is the same as eating a soup with a fork. It's useless.

It was made for consoles and should've stayed on them.

Not far into the game, but CDPR managed to make an RPG. So far story seems pretty good. The graphics are good as well and runs about as good as Red Dead Redemption 2. My 5700XT manages to pump out about 80-90 FPS on 1080p High. So it's a heavy game on your hardware.

There are a lot of mechanics you can play around with to go through the game the way you want. I usually like playing stealthy so hacking with the addition of perks for stealth make it really interesting. Shooting doesn't really fell good but I guess I'm spoilt by CSGO and high framerates. Haven't really had the time to dive deep into the crafting system but so far it seems pretty usable as you can disassemble unwanted weapons and craft new ones as well as upgrade your current ones.

I never experienced any crashes but from what I see it is a problem so I hope CDPR manages to fix it soon. Overall I give this game a 9/10

Only got into the game in a few tries so I'm not that deep into the story. So far I can't say that a single aspect of the game is keeping me playing. Everything is solid. From combat to story, all the aspects add to each other to create this well-done game.

Definitely recommended.
