Very sad to come back to steam and see this disgrace to the name of Counter Strike in my steam library. I, in fact, have ZERO hours in this motion blur, sun ray ridden abhorrent update to an otherwise decent game.
The spirit of Counter Strike goes all the way back to Source and that is Old School and Old School IS Counter Strike.
In a world of anime cartoon games sucking in all the zoomers with their flashy colours and cartoon art style and stupid female overly sexualised models, CSGO stood alone as a place where one could be toxic and say racist and sexist and anti-gay things without fear of reprisal and play an albeit basic game which was actually very complex if you wanted it to be. It is a akin to Chess, once the basics are understood and mastered then the true depth of the game is revealed and it in the end becomes a battle of the mind between teams.
We could already see the downfall coming before they released this disgusting game, when they actually added those ridiculous sexual anime stickers, I mean come on, are you joking me?
Get this shi.t out of the fu.cking game.
Anyhow, that belongs now to past history because the end is not neigh, it has already come and gone.
Perhaps there is hope in some private servers running on OG CSGO.
