It's call "Xenonauts" which is a consumer product on Steam. But apparently there's also another game called "OpenXcom" which is quite literally a cloned recreation of the original Xcom minus all the bugs plus some cool additions etc.... OpenXcom is free to download but you still need the original Xcom to play.

But again, if you're looking for a new xcom game that's more faithful to the original, supposedly xenonauts is where it's at. I don't know what the reviews are since technically it's not officially finished yet, though you can play the beta. I may or may not check it out at some point but right now, I find the new xcom among the greatest and most addicting games I've ever played.
