Payday 3 is headed in a good direction now. I have my cautious optimism back and the new progression system makes the game feel fun to play again. A lot of the same issues still exist, but the new skill lines like Fortitude and Assassin feel like Perk Decks and so are fun to focus builds around. I'll leave the initial review below bc it still somewhat applies

I love Payday. I loved Payday 3. But now it's unbearable. My cautious optimism is gone. I can't stand how this game is being treated. Just go play Payday 2 and have a better time. Payday 3 has a whole bunch of good ideas and great mechanics, however it doesn't have enough content or good enough balance to make it worth it. I'd love to see someone mod a bunch of PD3 mechanics into PD2

Hotwheels Unleashed 2 is simply breathtaking. I was slightly worried that it'll just be the same old same old as the first. And it was, kinda. The game adds new mechanics like dashing and jumping to give more maneuvering and even though it's still on UE4 it looks better because of better raytracing. It's just the best racing game I've ever played. It's so fun and goofy and totally worth the money.

This game got me into the fighting game genre and it was the best entry for someone like me who had tried to get into fighting games but said games were MK11 or UFC 3 (If you can even count that) and those never really gripped to me strongly since they were both annoying. I was yelled at by friends to try the free beta and I absolutely loved it!

Personal story aside, this game is really fun and smooth! The controls are easy to learn and pretty responsive. The game is incredibly fast paced and matches can be 30 seconds long. The music is amazing and definitely a contender for my #1 favorite OST. The tower system is kinda annoying but it's fine. If you are someone playing a fighting game for the first time this game is pretty forgiving with inputs. You can easily do the inputs and they're easy to learn and master. Getting the hang of all the different systems, inputs, bursts, roman cancels, and supers is what really makes it all fun. It's easy to get into and there's a lot to learn. Highly recommend for a first timer.

Mmmmm good music

This game is stupid fun. You get to do alllllllll the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. You can cook meth while wielding a minigun and fighting SWAT team after SWAT team. There's a stealth mechanic, but I can't say anything about that because I only run loud. I won't get into detail about all the things. But if you like killing cops and robbing banks then go ahead and cough up 10 buckaroos

This game has supplied me with nothing but raw and ruthless fun. It's been fun testing cheats and finding secrets. I came for raw fun and I got it
