Sonic Frontiers is a step in the right direction. This game is a near-perfect foundation of story structure, characters, settings and harmonics that each game in the future should work and improve on.

This was the first game in the series since Mania that I actually enjoyed. The first 3D Sonic game I've enjoyed since Generations. Forces was an absolute clusterfunk of "what". This game was a complete 180. I enjoyed every minute I played, I enjoyed the new formula they were playing with.

Looking forward to the updates coming in 2023! Hopefully this makes the game worth it even more than it is! P.S: Kellin Quinn doing the vocals for the first 3 titans absolutely made my days, I love Sleeping With Sirens.

Update edit: This game HAS reached peak. So much new content and its more than some bonuses! Island challenges, New Game+, Extreme Mode, Battle/Cyberspace rush modes, collectables, QoL fixes, as well as the legendary Final Horizon update adding a whole new alternate final island to the game! I loved this new ending. I absolutely screamed my heart out with the final boss, the I'm Here sung by Kellin Quinn, and the new Super Sonic forms! This has become my new favourite sonic game of all time, despite the few issues the final update might have with balancing.

This game is, without a doubt, THE best turn-based RPG in gaming history, dare I say, one of the best video games of all time. I cannot fathom enough how perfect this game is to me personally, and how much it changed my outlook on life for the better in terms of myself. With the re-release on all modern platforms, more and more people can finally have accessibility to experience this astonishing masterpiece of fiction. My first time playing this game was back on the PlayStation 4 version, and picking it up back then at the foot-end of 2020 was an amazing choice that I do not regret.

I was immediately drawn in by the vibrant palette style of the game, how connected I became with the characters (no matter how small or large of a role they played), and how the beginning of the story throws you into a loop with making you play a section of the late-game with no context; it gives you a teasing taste for what to expect! Whilst the game does start out slow with the Kamoshida arc of the game, it definitely picks up slowly after that. The amount of possibilities with what Persona's you can fuse together, the strategies you can form with each party member in a group of four, having to analyze weaknesses and resistances on your enemies, and how attached you just get to the world this game has created.

A select few portions of this game, even by the end when the credits rolled for the first time, I was in absolute tears. I was sad it was over when I finished for the first time. 150 hours dedicated to a game that, whilst playing, made me re-evaluate my own identity and how I perceive reality, how I want my freedom too, and how I view society. Post-persona depression is real; and you will be hanging to do a New Game+ playthrough immediately. I say hold off until you've processed what you've just played... or do what I did and replay the game a week after completing it a first time!

I have played countless times through this game since, spanning about seven or eight times in the last 3 years. Currently doing a second playthrough on PC. I've completed all the achievements, Thieves Den awards, completed the Persona compendium, you name it. You bet I've almost finished doing it all again, too! Don't skip out on this game. It's worth every minute. Thank you, ATLUS, for creating something so timeless that it has taken my heart, just like the motto of the Phantom Thieves themselves.

This game reinstalled my love for video games. I've been an avid listener of metal dating back to as far as I can remember. When I found out Matt Heafy from Trivium was going to be performing for this game, I found out about this game's existence and had seen demo footage which had me hooked. The Gamescom concert only hyped me up more.

I was afraid I was going to suck at this game, but I've had nothing but fun. I'm a huge audiophile for how you need to time your attacks to the tempo of the songs, and a difficulty slider was cool for those who just wanna chill and play or want to rip their hair out for a challenge! The story is just as cool. Thank you for making this game! Can't wait for mod support! DLC would also be a buy from me if you ever decide to do it!

Also shoutout to NZXT for the giveaway and me being one of 10 winners!

It's just Roblox. Literally all it is, but VR. If you want to be annoyed by fetuses and chipmunks you just want to dropkick, then boy, ain't this the game for you. Stick to private rooms, make your own, and I recommend having friends your age you are willing to try the game out with together, otherwise you'll be finding nothing but toxicity.

Early Access Review
This game is plagued with issues.
I'm thankful for the positive experiences I've had and the repair the game has had on my mental health and anxieties as a whole, but I don't want to continue supporting this game monetarily if the moderators are going to condone paedophilia, not add age verification for NSFW content to 18+ users only (not this half-assed attempt at content gating that kids can circumvent by lying about their age), locking features behind a subscription, continuing to have EAC implemented and otherwise keep doing ♥♥♥♥♥♥ practices. I regret playing this game for the hours I have played.

Just because I recommended it no, doesn't mean the game is sh!t. Well, it is in terms of that the story takes as long as an artist set at a concert and the story is all over the place and not very coherent. I love the gameplay, I just wish there was more that I could say and play with. This game had so much potential and it was not worth the pre-order money I blew before launch date. I picked it up here on sale for my collection and for mods and that is it. Even then, I don't touch it much.

I disliked the game at first since I was using my DualShock 4, but after switching to Mouse & Keyboard, I was finding myself having lots of fun. Even spicing up our games doing some "Choose this specific card archetype only", and was so much fun! Definitely recommend.
