The Absolute told me to recommend this game.

A very different, but kind and heartwarming rendition compared to the original novel. I love the game and the book both but the game in particular gives hope rather than pure despair and nihilistic escapism in the book.

There are fun moments in playing the game but also a lot of unnecessary chores that can be rid of, like spending hours refreshing the merchants because they carry so little money. Fortunately mods that can fix these issues are abundant, and if you happen to have ample time and a high-end pc, it'd worth a try. Otherwise NO.

Simple game that distracts you from the agony of life.

With all the fixes and the new dlc I'd say even it's not the best rpg in gaming history, at least it deserves a recommend.
