Oops, I forgot how much this game sucks.
Back on the same old planets doing the same old thing so I can level up to play the paid DLC Campaign.

This game needs to be in 3rd person.

Easy rule to follow:

If you are catering to Sci-Fi, Fantasy or RPG gamers or even if you have Character Customization, remember we all own Action Figures. We may not play with our Action Figures anymore but we are doing a very similar thing in a video game. We like to see the character in front of us as the game plays out.

Tactical Shooters and Competitive games can be in first person. You're welcome.

If you like watching Lara die and you like watching YouTube this is a great game.

Buy the enhanced version of Saints Row The Third. There's a reason why they enhanced that game instead of this one. Not that this game isn't good. My only beef is that since you can fly, why drive? Also any game that is a 'simulation' is annoying. Video games are already a simulation guys, we don't need a simulation inside of a simulation.

I've only played two matches, but this game has turned out to be more fun than I thought it would be. The graphics are good enough in the sense that I can see what's going on (especially off in the distance) and the sounds are accurate as to the location of their source. You will hear bullets land around you before you hear the report (impressive). My first kill actually died when I shot him, which is more than I can say for a lot of other games.

Auto-Save ruines this game.
Especially in a steath game where you spend large amounts of time working your way through a level only to have to repeat it over and over. Not fun.

Thumbs Up:
Quick Save (No more having to run home to save your game, unless you want to.)
Driving is supreme. Best so far IMO
Return of bicycles. Yay!!
Can carry more than one type of weapon, i.e. rocketlauncher AND grenade launcher etc.

Thumbs Down:
Cars still inconveniently disappear sometimes when cutscenes finish or outside of a garage etc. (All GTA games do this, weird.)
One of the main reasons I play on PC is because I don't like the console controllers. Luis from Liberty city
made me buy one (or was it Microsoft) for that attack helicopter mission (Sexy Time) and now I've found that I need it to not only fly helicopters and planes but also for swimming underwater and parachuting, pain in the butt...
(At least you can switch seamlessly between the controller and the mouse/keyboard)
Note: get the controller with the wired USB and no more batteries...

Otherwise, turn off the radio and you should have a pretty good time in Los Santos/San Andreas.
