Main game is fine. DLC is 8 bucks for a bunch of tiny vehicles. Wish they had included at least one more place map or something. I wish they would make nonlicensed DLC.

Oh come on, why are you reading reviewws. You know what this, and you know that'll go on sale and you'll be able to finally play it after waiting for that new PC upgrade, and you know it'll be as good as people say, and you know it's gonna ruin VR shooters for you as you uselessly wiggle your hands to yank things to pick up.

Short but fun eldrich horror puzzle game. Nice little story. Not as good as Obra Dinn, but still a fun experience.

It's a bit jank, in a charming way. Like all the characters are flat sprites in a 3d world. It reaks of amateurish, but isn't really buggy at all. Someone clearly didn't bite off more then they could chew making it, which I respect. The game play is like... an open world 3d phoenix wright in a wild scifi/magic setting. There's only one trial at the end, and you get to present the evidence you've gathered. The plot is twisted enough to keep it interesting. Recommended

Lasts about an hour.

Puzzles are short, the story is not one of them

As she fixes their objects, does she fix them? Or do the people fix her?

This is the entire plot. There's no real tension. It's pretty much just an interactive picture book.

Early Access Review
It's in prerelease but game play wise I think it's finished. I have a few gripes with it:
- There doesn't seem to be a way to fast play, which you want when you've read all the endings to a particular mystery
- The interface is a bit... obtuse? Like I get what they're going for, that vintage look that Obra Dinn went for the 1/2bit pixel style. It goes full on though, giving you the option to play on a simulated CRT (with a border) and matching your cursor and everything else to it. The aesthetic is very much: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QtIepGM7USU

What it's got going for it is good bones. What I mean here is that there's already a (currently deactivated) mod button and what appears to be the start of in game mod tools. I assume this will hook up to steam workshop at some point letting anyone tack on to this game. The devolpers too could easily add more content, and in fact do in the form of achievements which unlock more event packs.

I also liked the style of 'tutorial'. Essentially the first difficulty option is a single mystery that lets you get an idea of how the game works. The second up is a reduced complexity version of quick play. And then quick play/custom game exist at the top end, the most complex of the modes.

Currently there's 7 characters, 12 mysteries and off hand I think 120 evnets. You need to do 5 mysteries to complete a run in any order. Mysteries have 1-4 endings. Some are just being told to look around the city, some send you to unique areas. There's also various eldric horrors, timelines, and backstories, with empty spots in the ui for everything listed above. If they don't add more content, I will be surprised.

Overall: It's a good start, and I wouldn't have bought it so early in development normally but I thought the idea was interesting.

It's not hot line miami, it's short and there's really no reason to replay the levels.

Cyberpunk but done right. Not just high action hacking and shooting, but just long pondering dialogs about life.
