1. You may freely to add me as a friend on steam. Do note that your request will likely to get rejected under these criteria :

- Private profile (this can get ignored with 2nd rule below)
- Low level with or without game info / with or without steam artwork / with or without description that describe you as a programmer or mapper or relevant with how bots designed
- Decent level with or without game info / with or without steam artwork / with or without description that describe you as a programmer or mapper or relevant with how bots designed
- You left me comment to add with bot-like behavior (such copy pasta design that ive well known it. dont bother)
- You have strange hours (idled hours) with low steam level with free background and low inventory.
- VAC banned profile ( i have cheater rules below)
- Trading (i only list my items through backpack if i want to. You will be blocked if you attempting to add me just to trade)


2. Your request will highly to get accepted under these criteria :

- Someone i know irl.
- We played a game / recent match together.
- You have a taste in bocchi the rock, Little Witch Academia, Undertale, Deltarune, K-on, Call of Duty, etc series which too much i cant even mention it but dont worry, as long as your profile doesnt meet 1st criteria
- You left me a comment with human-like writing (this can get you instantly accepted if you worry to fail on criteria above)

- Awarder 4 Awarder (help me to reach 1000 awards received)
- Comment 4 Comment (Help me to reach 1000 comments)

3. Few rules if you want to gift me stuff :

- You will have to understand that once you give out your stuff to me. Final means final. I usually warn you if you actually giving the stuff for me. You can still take the gift back if you changed mind before a day passed.
- After a day passed, you will not receiving any gift return if you have given it to me after prior discussion. Steam has warned you if you didnt give anything in return, it means the trade labelled as gift. There is no such thing about lending an item. Once you sent your item as a gift, there is no coming back. Do not gift me a stuff if you just wanting to get it back.
- Your gift will be up to whatever i want to be. Since its gift it means a gift. The ownership of the items is now belongs to me. I think generally you have known that. Calling someone a scammer just because selling a gift is what it makes you look like an uneducational person. You give out something for free, and when someone decide to do whatever they want to be about the gift, and when its not on your way = scammer
- I will try to keep the gifts better as long as possible i could. Your gift would be revoked from my inventory if you didnt treat me as a good friend.


4. I never wanted to remove friends on steam. but if you wish to no longer want to be my friend, please state a reason under of my profile comment section why. i usually give you 3 chance to be my friend again if you did silent removal (Shouldnt be a worry if you did state a reason). while i understand people might forgotten or too lazy to read my description, well rules are rules.

5. Please use english when talking with me. i dont mind if you are talking with translator. but its just too annoying to understand you with your own language as basic english isnt that hard.

6. Most of the time i dont care what you do on steam or in game. but do not that i have zero tolerance with cheaters on any of MULTIPLAYER GAMES. do note that cheating in single player is fine. if i found you out you cheated on multiplayer games, you will be removed without exception.

7. If you wish to be friend with me even though you got VAC Ban, you may tell me why you did get a ban. sometimes i understand people can get VAC Banned by mistake such using skin changer, mods or whatever to make the game looks cooler. so i dont really want to put VAC banned person has always been a bad guy to begin with.

8. In exception, if you removed me because of someone's pressure and decided to add me back because *it was my mistake* i WONT add you back. You need to learn how to be loyal to other people WITHOUT listening to other's gossips or pressure.

9. If it happens i found you blocked me for whatever reason, i will gonna block you back. Blocking is very sensitive of me if someone does that to me. You will never be unblocked with whatever reasons.

10. Regarding on blocking system, i only do it when it comes on extremely rare situation (for example : you harassed me with way way too far, bot accounts, scammer. ) i will never attempt to block you when it comes on trading or transaction. If it does, then you probably got scammed with someone / impersonating me. Double check who you communicate with.
