This recommendation would be barely positive if it wasn't for the horrible audio mixing and compression. If we got a HD audio pack or something, it'd be 6/10, now it's barely a 4/10. Valhalla has way too much filler to be actually a good game, but it is still good enough to be played through. I forced myself on the first play through to play it, and the travelling can be so boring. The game is overly long too but has good parts to return to. I like the ISU storyline a lot and I like some of the conquering too. If this game cut the weaker parts of its story and missions, this could be truly enjoyable. Now it's truly one of the games of all time, with a lot of boring parts but with some incredibly memorable set pieces and good enough gameplay. They could've dropped the whole Assassin story line from the game and it would've been a benefit. Eivor's woman VA did good job, but listening to her for 60 hours is miserable, because Eivor is miserable. The man counterpart is far less annoying, but also not canon, as much as the devs say that both are canon.

Buy on sale and prepare to have a lot of short things going on in your life when playing this, travelling long distances via land can be viable and not boring if instead of watching that you have a quick trip to store or do some chores.

Probably scariest game Supermassive has done. More yanky than Until Dawn or The Quarry but still good. I enjoyed the game a lot altough there are some weird choices made with the characters and choices you can make. Still very good.

There are technical issues in this game, you can read various reviews that mention them. There are plenty of odd moments because of those issues and lack of animations etc. But if you can look over that, I think it is a good experience and very tense. I wish next DPA games or even mainline Supermassive horror games would at least occasionally take the path of real life horror without any magic, drugs, hallucinations etc, just a pure psychopath serial killer after a group of people.

New battlepass system can suck it.

Excellent design, excellent presentation and excellent for language nerds.

It's very fun. It doesn't take itself too seriously, it has simple graphics and fluid gameplay which is great fun! There's good refereces to pop culture and I can recommend this game whole heartedly to people even though I have barely played it as of writing this review. Definitely planning to continue though and update my review after I finish.

It's scary until almost the end and it's the scariest game in the series. Though it goes bit too far with the gore. Atmosphere and first person perspective does wonders to this game and it has good pacing.

Fun action game, not very scary. Good fun for around 15 hours + dlc.
It's probably my second favorite RE game, RE2R being my favorite.

One of the best survival horror games ever made and one of the best zombie games ever made. Best Resident Evil game I've played.

Such a big downgrade from Payday 2. I hope this game will reach it's full potential in the future. The stealth is very good though. Wait for it to be finished, I hope starbreeze gets its ♥♥♥♥ together
