This game is incredible, I am still on my first try on the games default play-style. Day 89 and still having a ton of fun, can not believe I only spent $13 on something that has, for the most part, been better than all the recent AAA titles. I will continue updating this review as I play.

GAME MECHANIC RECOMMENDATIONS:

Rotating smithing items while using the hammer (you can do it with the cutting knife on wood which really makes the tedious aspect of having to stop hitting the metal to rotate it annoying)

Sled/Cart gets stuck a lot </3

Remove existing roads/paths (not sure if this is a feature yet)

Dismantle/Disassemble Tools/Clothing/Etc (You currently have to use a terrain tool)

Designating where to put certain items and allowing builders to sort storage

Villagers using carts (not sure if they can, but mine have not)

More Animals (Horses would be cool for wheelbarrows)

Replacing the current metal salvage mechanic (INSPIRATION FROM OTHER GAMES):
Some tools/weapons require the same metal, so rather than just giving back a knife blade, maybe it could give back a broken knife, or a broken iron hammer, broken iron pickaxe, etc.

This way you actually get the knife back rather than the cutting knife for wood

Its sad. The game is so much fun but after playing it for only a few weeks I can see why people with THOUSANDS of hours won't recommend it. I would never recommend a game that makes you reset for EVERY UPDATE. It is 2024, it is disrespectful to a playerbase to always disregard the time they spent playing by making them restart even if the update is as simple as a few different blocks and mechanic fixes. I have already been heavily discouraged from continuing to play since I am now faced with this issue after a supposed "full release". Really upsetting to see it since this is probably the best zombies game I have played in terms of what I was able to experience.

THIS GAME IS ABANDONED AND ONLY WORTH BUYING ON SALE. IF YOU FIND A BUG, DO NOT EXPECT IT TO BE FIXED EVER!

Report Finn For Desertion mission is stopping me from continuing the game. Seems this issue has been around for years. Unless the devs just fix this simple issue I can not recommend a game that is so neglected.

Disney ruins everything. They ruined the show with agenda, and the game with greed and neglect.

I'd choose to overdose on the Red Pill every time.

Love the game, played it with my buddy up to the end. Leaving negative right now because the final mission of the game isnt even logical. Feels like the robots spawn out of thin air from wherever I initially came from. Making it impossible to move forward or backtrack. Almost feels like the games difficulty level went from a 5 to a 10 in a matter of seconds. We were able to beat the game, I would just highly recommending making the robot spawns at the final mission make more sense, and be more reasonable.

I recommend this game because this game is the game that when played you can then you do the and then you play for the first time for fun and its all just happening where the you know what comes and then PEW PEW PEW ZURRRRRRR GENERAL KENOBI, wingardium leviosa!

ON A SERIOUS NOTE

Game is really good, can be difficult but just remember to always upgrade your gear and salvage and you should be fine. Bandages are extremely easy to make, also using 1/4 of the flame altars for fast travel is extremely convenient. Lastly, focus on getting the fast travel towers and the Elixir Wells to help boost your progress. Probably one of the best survival games I have played, XP grind can be a bit much though.

I'd rather pay $60 than hundreds just to play one simulator game, just killing another franchise. RIP Spore

GAME IS STILL BROKEN. Since before the game came out there was a bug that stopped you from losing hunger thirst and oxygen. This also stops you from gaining materials from breaking down things, and halts achievement progress.

All these new updates but my game is completely broken after over 50 hours.
