Already played it more than most of the 60 dollar games I own, so it must be good!

Could have been a great game in the hands of a different publisher/developer.

• Giving cash shop items to previous players for returning to the game while active players get nothing.
  
• Everything comes in an RNG box in the cash shop, holiday event in-game? Buy an RNG box to get anything event related.
  
• Adding the most rare crafting material in the game to an RNG crate in the cash shop.
  
• When they punished players for an exploit they banned people that had the exploited item and not only the ones who exploited it, so some people who bought/traded it got banned.
  
• Auroria release, most of the playerbase couldn't log in while all the castles got taken, and they knew it would happen.
  
• Fastest donkey in the game, cash/loyalty shop exclusive.
  
• An exploit involving Trion's own website and compensation packs was reported ages ago, still not fixed and they're still not doing anything about people who abuse it.
  
• Crafting is stupid, roll 1-1000 and hope you roll 2, and every time you roll you spend a ton of expensive materials.

And they're running Hackshield, which is a very shady anti-cheat system almost on the level of GameGuard.

Best game since sliced bread.
