Probably the best community based mass PvP game out there. The game runs decently well, the servers are actually working during massive fights with hundreds of players. Combat feels smooth at the end game, not so much during leveling.

Sadly, AGS runs the Western version and manages to brick the already functioning game:
1) Login Server issues during the first weeks of launch. Some people spent more time trying to log in than actually play the game.
2) Bi-Weekly arch bosses not dropping loot at all. (Happened today, new bug, seems like it affected a lot of servers)
3) Some people got locked out of their accounts after recent patch and can't log in for the past couple of days. Not banned, no e-mails, just a steam account error, support does nothing about it.
4) Applying T2 korean balance patches while we're still on T1 gear.
5) They ask us how the events went (Tax Delivery) on X, then realise the events didn't even happen yet and delete everything. (Actually clueless and disconnected, don't know what it going on in their own game)

AGS incompetence truly blows my mind. But, to be fair, nothing new or unexpected considering it was the same story with New World.

~1.1k hours on launcher.
Played 2 full seasons.

PvP is a complete joke in this game.
Servers are horrible, half the wars don't even function at a basic level. Some wars legit stood frozen for 10min.
Infinite amount of bugs: People going through walls with cars into the core of your base, placing resonators lags out the server, shots don't register, rockets don't register, meshing is easy.

1 build (bingo) 2 taps anyone almost instantly, the rest of the builds are not even close to compare.

To add insult to injury, all they bug fix are some minor PvE issues that don't matter at all and keep releasing 300$ skin gamba boxes every 3 weeks.

This game needs a whole new development team for a year or 2 to fix it.

Hosted by a small indie company from the sand caverns of Afghanistan. Please support them so they can afford actual servers.

PROS:
Monetisation Model: Spend 20$ for stash tabs cuz of your hoarding problems, if you don't collect literally everything in the game the "Premium stash bundle" of 6 is more than enough and it does even go on sale once in a while. The rest are cosmetics only, but you will definitely look homeless without them. For the amount of content you get for a 1 time payment of 20$, this game is unrivalled, even against monthly or fully paid games. The best f2p model with no extra ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, you don't necessarily need to spend any money and if you think you do, it's cheaper than buying any other game.

Amount of content and updates: They pump out huge updates, skills, unique items, boss fights, balance changes, visual updates, mechanic overhauls, whole expansions etc. every six months. Lesser patches and new leagues every 3 months. Now imagine you have 8+ years of this content in a game, this game is so far beyond any other ARPG out there, it's insane. People like to compare this game to diablo 3, I really don't get it because the comparison is equivalent to a steaming pile of ♥♥♥♥ that may come with a raisin on top of it once in a while (d3) to an almost perfectly cut diamond (poe).

Skill/Knowledge ceiling:
Transform from a complete noob who struggles to finish the campaign with your half-assed barely mediocre skill tree and randomly cobbled together items in a week or 2 to speedrunning to end game within a few hours or even to lvl 100 within a few days. Discover op item and skill interactions and keep learning new ♥♥♥♥ as you go on playing, people with thousands of hours still got something new to learn, especially if you skip a league or 2. The crafting item system alone has more depth than most of the games combined.

Extreme level of variety:
In the current state, you have so much variety to choose from on how you're going to play the game. Once you reach endgame you can take a completely different route from someone else. For example, you can literally play this as a pure clicker game, just walk around in a unique map only opening chests with no danger and just chill. Play tower defence only in pure "blight" maps. go delving with ur 1 shot or get 1 tapped build. Be a map zoomer and clear whole maps within under a minute. Juice your maps to the max and become a literal god stomping through hundreds of mobs per second whilst stealing all of their power. Be a pure boss slayer and carry others through their struggles for some currency. Just sit in your hideout and trade with people or be a pure crafter and try to create something people will buy for their riches. Buy gambling currency from others and gamble all your riches away. And the best part is all of this is profitable (apart from a lot of gambling options) and will reward your current character and any new characters to come. Find a build enabling unique item on the ground and start contemplating your next build for the next 4 hours, planning on what kind of items you need, what skill tree you should go for, what defensive layers are available etc etc. There's just so much.

No time-gating:
No artificial time gates for your progression, no ♥♥♥♥♥♥ dailies and weeklies, no boss fights locked behind timers. Play the game at your pace and progress as fast as you wish. No feeling of "I have to log in and do my chores to actually play the good part of the game" every day, which ruins other games for me every single time. (Like WoW and Lost Ark)

Level of difficulty:
This game can be brutally hard to learn if you don't look up any information whatsoever online. If you enjoy the struggle, you can do that and I'd recommend this as you learn a lot from your mistakes. If you're the type of person that would rather have the strongest character possible and want to push through content easily, there's hundreds of guides every league for starter builds that will take you through the whole journey step by step, make it as easy as it can be and it will all feel like a dream. You choose. The build variety is what makes this game so amazing and even though a lot of people like to follow the meta, there's some really weird and wonky ♥♥♥♥ to experiment with that can make a specific type of content way easier than any other build would. Also if you're a complete masochist, hardcore mode exists, in which you lose your current character and everything on them (but not the bank) on death.

CONS:
The only problem I have with this game is the trading system and a lot of people feel the same, but I see how some would disagree because they make the most amount of their wealth through flipping items, buying currency for slightly cheaper and reselling it for more. The developers are hard set in their ways and will do anything to keep this messaging people and face-to-face 90s diablo 2/ old runescape trade system in place, which makes it easy for people to price fix, scam etc etc. some crafting systems (Harvest) even require you to pay the person and hand them over your item to do it, which can get your item stolen or ruined by someone who doesn't know what they're doing. If you play the game a lot and you're in trade league (Where most people play the game), you will spent way too much time doing this and it gets to as bad as spending 50% of your time just trading. The worst part is, the marketplace already exists on their website, a lot of the currency market is already run by bots, and it all just takes way too much time and effort to deal with, for no apparent reason as opposed to just having it in the actual game. You even have to use 3rd party macros to price check items, which could be easily done in game too. I just don't get it and all the problems they say an in-game marketplace would create already exist and some are even easier to abuse currently, because the marketplace already exists, just not in game and with extra steps, risks and hassle for average players.

I rate this 9.5/10 and if they ever manage to make the trade system feel better and less time consuming in some kind of way, 10/10.

Pros:
Best game ever made
Not even 1 bug throughout 3 different playthroughs
Epic boss fights
Epic soundtracks
Massive variation of spells/incantations and weapon skills/arts
Perfectly crafted, unique looking areas with loads of side areas and secrets
AI will become sentient and pull a skill out of nowhere they haven't used even once in the past 50 deaths just to wreck you whilst you're drinking a pot.
100h+ of content.

Cons:
Multiplayer has problems with connecting/kicking people out randomly, signs not popping up etc. The whole sign system sucks to begin with.
Very unoptimized in like 3 different locations, doesn't matter what hardware you have, apart from that the fps drops are not that game changing. If they could fix this, that's literally the only and biggest problem with the game.

TLDR: PvE trash, PvP good when it works, but a lot of the time it doesn't. Bug fiesta, dupe all day every day every patch since launch, broken skills and passives, extremely laggy wars and mass pvp. Dead game.

1) Quest system that's literally a running simulator, with a variety of 3 different quests to choose from, that gradually gets unnecessarily longer than it needs to be until you reach 60. Run for 10 min, open 5 boxes, run for 10 min, kill some mobs, repeat. The story so boring nobody that finished the game actually knows what happened.
2) Grindy as hell crafting system and completely broken economy with billions of duped gold floating about.
3) Amazing PvP until you realise something is completely busted and you abuse it, until they nerf it, then u just go to the next busted weapon/skill. Somehow these devs are so incapable they break more than they fix every patch.
4) A ban system based on how many people report you. Yes, if a whole clan reports you, they automatically ban you for a day. If you write an appeal, Amazon will just admit you've been banned for no reason and give you an apology. This can happen continuously.
5) Endgame is a constant run on a hamster wheel of getting a few ilvls a day on random item slots, which don't really matter until you realise you've spent a month and you still have no actual upgrades to use. Doing the same content over and over again and no there's not a big variety of it either. You can do everything in the game on the gear you get at the moment you hit 60, which completely removes most your motivation to actually get better gear to begin with and when you do upgrade from 525 to 600, it's a 10% increase.

This game would literally be better in every possible way if PvE didn't exist at all, a pure PvP game they were planning to make from the beginning. Maybe they would've focused more on making all the skills and passives work properly and the overall game performance in mass PvP, Wars, open world fights. You know, the fun part of the game. Now it's just a game that's split in half, trying to appeal to everyone whilst actually being good at neither the PvE (no challenge, same content) or PvP (bugs and lag). Might be somewhat playable in a year or 2, when they actually finish developing the game instead of selling you a Beta.

Good quality game. It's a shame it's only 20 hours story really. Would like an end-game or more content in the future. After you finish the story, upgrade your weapons and mess about with different weapons and character skills, you're pretty much done.

A lot more challenging in coop, as the mobs get tankier. A bit too easy even on hard in single player.

Hey boys, season 5 is here. We get to farm 10x more water and get literally sniped across the map by monkeys in a melee game. Don't forget to make a garage for your walker by farming for hours because a sandstorm will delete it overnight. Also don't go too far from your base, you gotta be back in 10 minutes otherwise you'll dehydrate and die, because you can't produce water on the move anymore. Remember that cool grappling hook you used to swing on? That was pretty much unique to this game and made it fun to play with. Yeah that's basically deleted, 1 swing and you're dead meat with no stamina. These devs literally took a game that could've been an epic mass pvp ship battles from season 1/2 and instead of fixing the issues (Insane amount of bugs and performance issues) they currently had, they decided to go a completely different route, dig a massive grave and bury their game in it by continuously trying to split the player base apart (Which is already non existent), a journey to counter big clans, which basically achieved nothing and all of their efforts have been circumvented by the real tryhards every single season so far, make farming more tedious and boring, reducing roaming capabilities and so on. 2 years of development since launch and this game is at a worse state than it ever was.

A new player? Good luck, there's a 3 step tutorial that explains about 5% of the game. A solo or part of a small group? they say season 5 is for you, but really, just don't waste your time, they made the game worse for everyone and you'll still be deleted by zergs, unless you literally never leave the PvE tiles.
