I played this during the free period and my experience wasn't great.

- Random disconnect after which I wasn't able to log back in because my account was supposedly busy saving
- Game ended with me defeating a boss. The game leveled me up to 25 and informed me that I've reached the end of the free trial and disconnected me. I didn't get to loot the boss and I wasn't even aware I was playing a trial. The game was listed as free for a limited time, not as a demo.
- Plenty of dark patterns in here like Premium Currency, where you can't easily tell how much an item really costs.

- Cut scenes are amazing
- Art design is great
- Game play is good

This could be a great game if it would be more honest, allow offline play and respect its players beyond their wallet.

Colonist suffers mental breakdown because he ate human meat, attacks fuel in the storage room, the whole base burns down.
10/10 would commit war crimes again.

This game feels like learning to walk after suffering a stroke. At first your movement will be uncontrolled and you will flail your limbs about the place helplessly. But soon you'll get the hang of it and instead stumble about like a drunken toddler. Great fun!
There is quite a bit of content and extra challenge, as each level offers a collectible and a highscore list where you can try to beat the times of your quadriplegic fellows. Some levels are insanely hard and the highscore lists at later stages have very few entries. I really wish this game would be more popular, it would be well deserved.

This is a suprisingly fun and complete game, My kids love it.

Scummy devs revoked my key after years of ownership even though I bought from an official seller and can provide proof of payment. Way to ruin your reputation!

It's Half-Life 3 in every way but the name.

Spelunky 2 is like juggling. If you're familiar with the original Spelunky, you'll be like 'Oh, I've juggled before, no problem'. But have you juggled live alligators before? While balancing on a high wire? While riding a unicycle? While dodging angry lizards?
The adversity density in this game is fairly ridiculous, so if you haven't juggled before get Spelunky 1. Get 2 if you want to up the ante.

Decent game but not as good as Thrill of the Fight.
