When you've been playing the Forza series for as long as I have (FM4) or longer, you cannot help but walk away from this feeling disappointed.

The performance is lackluster; I do not have the best specifications on the block but with a Ryzen 9 5900x and a RTX2080ti; I struggle to maintain 60fps in this game.. (1920x2080 @ 240hz)
A friends build similar to mine (Ryzen 9 5950x/RTX3080ti) runs into the same issue.
It's extremely half baked.

I just don't know whether I should like it for the things that I find good in it (CarXP, the driving feels great, etc) but my menu's kept flashing like crazy, something that official Nvidia drivers didn't fix either.

You can tell that some car models are ripped straight from Motorsport 4 but never truly "rebuilt from the ground up".
This game was six years in the making; but still reuses assets from 12 years ago. This game was supposed to be a reboot for the series, not a cashgrab.

I want to like this game, but right now I cannot. :(

Also no steam deck support :whygodwhy:

Don't let the low hours fool you, there's a reason for that.

Game physics just feel way off compared to 2016's Steep; somehow the characters feel extremely heavy and tight; bikes are a drag to use, flight suits are boring, skiing and snowboarding are all significantly dull. You feel like you're never entirely in control of your character, almost like you just pressed buttons and watched the funny man do a funny spin on his bike.
The "story" for what I experienced wasn't that tolerable. I saw myself skipping all of them cause they felt long and drawn out for comedic effect.

I was genuinely excited for this game when it came to Steam just like everyone else, but if you're expecting Steep 2 with bikes, then I suggest staying away from this one.

Early Access Review
Not gonna lie, spent a couple hours meeting people in this game; and this used to be the MUST have VR program whenever you got your headset.

But if the industry needs to learn one thing from this game; its how to destroy your user base.

Sadly, due to the introduction of EAC, and the removal of ALL mods from VRChat, I cannot recommend this to anyone anymore.

Keep in mind, I've played No Man's Sky for hours and have enjoyed myself, but for what people claim to be the best "redemption" in Video Game History is really a longshot.

This game came out in 2016, its 2022, and it's still plagued with bugs that will ruin your experience.

For example: Tired of cluttered inventory? Start a mission in the Nexus, warp to your planet, get 3/4 of the way through the quest, DIE, then have the game crash and no way to get your inventory back. Cleans up inventory fast. Also a sweet way to get two of every default tech that you can't remove! Hope you didn't want those free inventory slots either!

You see that creature thats in your friends house that you mining laser'd to death? Don't touch it or you might softlock your game entirely, better keep saving 24/7!

But hey, QUANTITY OVER QUALITY right guys?

Here is my review of Borderlands 2. In all honesty this is my opinion and you shouldn't be take this too seriously. This is from my experiences with the game.

Borderlands 2 while being a "Loot em up" is surely a LOOT EM UP. With over 100+ hours of gameplay the game will surely give you tons of playtime, but here are the downsides.

Gameplay: 7.5/10
While the game is fun, it does get tedious (boring) after a while, constantly running back and forth between missions is a hassle, and if you are even 2 levels higher than other players, then be prepared to have a rough time. The game is balanced if everyone is the same level but if you have a level 23 going into a level 25 lobby, then the level 23 will get floored a lot. Speaking off of levels, the loot system in this game is alright, while you still have the essentials such as: the weak pistol, the OP rocket launcher, etc. But after a while its the same loot you got in that crate an hour ago, so then you proceed to run to the nearest store to sell your garbage weapon.

Music/Audio: 9/10
This game provides a great soundtrack and one of the funniest dialouge lines ever. Borderlands 2 trys to take itself seriously, but the humor is too much, leaving you laughing for a while. Every area has its own unique dialouge line that maybe different everytime you play.

Presentation: 8/10
The game still has the cartoonyish graphics frrom Borderlands 1, but it can still be breathtaking. While at some moments you may have a rendering issue, this is due to either moving to fast or a small glitch.

Overall score: 8/10
While I enjoyed Borderlands 2 for some time, it didn't appeal to me once its flaws showed up, however if you look past these you can see Borderlands 2 has a lot of potential, and while being nominated for GOTY a couple of times, there is no reason why you shouldn't buy 3-4 copys and play with some friends.

Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 is one of those games you can't hate. Ok maybe you can hate it, but if you do, then you don't know what true fun is.

Gameplay: 9/10
The building in this game is fluid. The path system is very easy to use, and even has options for elevation. The rollercoaster building is a little sketchy at first but when you get used to it, then you can make some crazy stuff. Not only that the terrain tool is fantastic but with the only downside is no mountain tool like in RCT 1.

Music: 10/10
It's so catchy and will keep you reeled in. The music is so memorable that it will keep you humming it from days on end.

Presentation: 9/10
The game looks great. You can't really go wrong with 2d sprites. Everything from the peeps to the rides are so detailed that it makes your eyes bleed. But in all honesty the game looks fantastic with an overall point of "you don't need fancy 3d graphics to make a game look good".

Overall score: 10/10
There is seriously no reason as to why you shouldn't pick this game up. Weither it screams nostalgia from your childhood or even looks remotely awesome, then I would very HIGHLY reccomend this game. It will provide you with hours on end fun and amazing gameplay that you wouldn't wanna stop playing it.
