Getting 100% was... Engaging, uniquie, troubling, and later laden with "microtransaction"-type DLC with achievements that leave a sour taste in your mouth.

approximate amount of time to 100%: 20-40
Estimated achievement difficulty: 6/10
Minimum number of playthroughs needed: Multiple.
Multiplayer achievements: No.
Missable achievements: Yes, but most are easy to get once you know what you're looking for.
Grinding Achievements: A bit...
DLC-Only achievements: Yes !!!!!
Time-gated achievements: No.
Speed-run achievements: No.
Point of no return: The game autosaves every morning, Save scumming is possible.
RNG-achievements: No.
Does difficulty affect achievements: No choice.
First achievement unlock: Very fast, Cleaning the house or Just having Cigarettes/Coffe in inventory.
Unobtainable/glitched achievements: Yes !!!!! many bugs that kill runs: See below

Notes:
* Features negative achievements (If you play well you never get the states that some achievements require you to heal and return from). I had gotten all of them except these so I had to purposefully depress and worsen a sick character's condition to get these.
* The game often simply destroys runs due to bugs that stop special events from happening (like no visitors, or people refusing to trade, or enemies stuck in place etc...)

I would recommend this game. It gets you thinking.. too bad you see through the mechanics and patterns really quickly and a lot of this game is pre-scripted.

And I'm getting closer and closer to not recommending it due to the quality/price ratio of the achievement laden DLC's.
