­it's a good "free to play game" for casual gameplay once in a while.
I said f2p because the rest of the dlc can be found in one piece.

a nice relaxing game if you are not into immersion game

After playing this for a while, i can safely say that this game is
more like Story driven RPG and not really open world/sandbox type.
If people jump in the game with an expectation that this gonna be
like GTA/RDR, they gonna be dissappointed.
At best it's closer to Sleeping dogs or the Mafia i think.

The world is big sure but it's more like a props for the story.
Most npc just walk back and forth with no activities with an exception
of those npc at stores/stall and some minor npc doing random things.
Take out the story and you clearly cant do anything which is why you
can't compare this to GTA and RDR.
In those game, the world have lore,secrets,random activities.
You can do other sort of activities ,encounter weird things etc

Don't expect immersion much in this game.
Immersiveness is out of the picture.

Don't get me wrong,I still enjoy it.
The story itself is good. Especially the interaction with Johnny.
If you care about the story only, then yes the game should be fine.

TLDR: Story driven RPG with big map, hollow world and dead npc

Is it bad? NO
Is it impressive? NO

I would rather rate this as A instead of S tier game.

This game is fun on it's own compared to other strategy game

This game is like playing any driving simulator but instead of driving, you walk

Also still have a better story than TLOU 2

This is a good dragon ball z game for what its worth.
I considered this as an JPRG and with that in mind ,dont go expecting the game world to be highly detail
like a general rpg would look like.

[GOOD]
- Large content of story based from the Dragon Ball Z
- Gameplay is smooth, no crash whatsoever on 1440p
- Interesting mechanics like Soul badge and community board
- Acceptable combat mechanic which is basic for the most part but still enjoyable.

[AVERAGE]
- The artstyle is average,unpolished, even poor i'd say, reason being is because ive seen better artstyle in FIghterZ story mode (Arcsys) . This was developed by Cyberconnect and even Naruto game by them have more polished artstyle than this. Just youtube Fighterz dramatic finish or story and compare.
- There are some minor bugs like missing npc textures, moonwalk krilin and yamcha but none gamebreaking bug.
There's one achievement bug tho (power of friendship).
- The mini game kinda lackluster which serves hardly any purpose much less enjoyable to do, Some of them are bipedal robo and hover car where both are basically checkpoint race and nothing else.
- There are fishing,cooking,hunting,mining which most of them are average to say.

I would still rate this game Good just for the Story alone and since there's no gamebreaking bug that renders the game unplayable. Just wait for sale if you are not in a hurry to play.

What a game. Looks like CAPCOM have a good start in 2019.

DMC 5 not DmC . This is continuation that the fan deserved after DMC 4.
The storyline
The gameplay mechanic
The environment
The graphic
The soundtrack etc.

The introduction of V is quite refreshing where you fight with a summon beast/demon. I like it.
I enjoyed every piece of it from start to end. Really felt that my money worth.
No crash from start to end.

Although i do think that this game could be a bit overwhelming for new player who starts jumping into DMC series.
Especially playing Dante. Its a fast pace game where if you cant execute the right move quickly, you are wide open and enemy hit you. Even saw someone said this game is hard because there is no "evade button" .

If you are new to the series, take your time familiarizing the mechanic in training mode just to lock in the muscle memory.
Previous player from DMC4 knows well that the mechanic is still more or less the same from previous game.

Last but not least if you are DMC fans and cant buy it at full price, you damn sure need to buy it on sale.

Its probably just me but of all the "HIGH END GRAPHIC" game ive ever played so far,
this game is one of the many that manage to retain the SUPERB GRAPHIC fluidly without typical stutter crash etc.
The game engine really seems like it was well optimized .

Running all max settings on 1080ti and the experience has been amazing.

The story,the character,the music. Everything blend so well .
This is the game where you could say "its worth the price".
