Valve also doesn't have a terrible reputation, as opposed to nProtect.
So you're in effect just pointing out that Helldivers 2 should have handled the situation differently.
Thank you for proving my point, fella. ^^>
As I have already stated in the thread, I was a dumb teen when I played DbD and was unaware of it having Kernel access. Mainly due to a lack of reviews pointing it out.
My time playing DbD was very educational though, as this game is riddled with cheaters.
It has very well proven to me, that Kernel-Level Anti-Cheat is utterly useless.
Same with SAOFB, it's riddled with cheaters, in spite of being a dead game. It's also filled with well-intended modders who can host lobbies with improved netcode and a higher player-cap, courtesy of EACs notorious ineffectiveness.
There's even mods for SAOFB which allow you to play online without EAC being active or even installed on your device. So I don't even use EAC when playing this game.
Yukiplays (in my FL) has got a great tutorial about that by the way, you should check it out,
800h dbd - eac - kernel access
300h sao fb - eac - kernel access
Are you high? What on? Please, share some with me.
But I try to be less bad than I used to be ---
Thank you very much
