full of cheaters online, exorbitant time or price investment to be competitive and on top of that, its the older generation console release. because my pc clearly cannot handle the complexity of the newer generation engine and gameplay...

even the playlist is worse this year

Smilegate has created a masterpiece. This is the MMO that we have been waiting for, one that respects your time investment. Sure, you can easily open your wallet to progress faster. For what though?

Play at your own pace, make sure you know what chest you are opening before you are opening and why, and don't play dps paladin. It sucks.

Do play Lost Ark, do be wary of Amazon Games Studios and their tendency to ruin everything.

It takes a special kind of patience to play this game. I have experience working with special needs children in a classroom environment, and the children on here push me closer to the edge than those kids ever did.

free to play done right, you can play it by investing $10 tops on a premium stash tab and even that is endgame stuff, which you don't need until you beat all ten acts.
