It’s been 10 days since the release, and I have already 100% completed the game as well as all the DLC’s, Since this is a remastered bundle that includes the DLC’s, I’m going to treat it all as one big game rather than talking about each DLC individually, because they all tie into each other and while there are different goals, it is one central story.

The Visuals are stunning, on PC I played on all High settings with max fov, and the game ran around 120fps most of the time (1080p) (this is on my RTX 3070 + AMD 2700x PC). The game looks beautiful, and while its not as impressive as a lot of games out now, this game came out 4 years ago, and its only a remaster not a remake, besides, everyone’s going for the gameplay.

The Gameplay is outstanding, movement and combo systems are fluid, and always make you feel like your improving by slowly adding in complex moves and gadgets as well as suit abilities, adding to the experience as you go. While there are new suits to be unlocked in the DLC, there is nothing else, no new abilities, gadgets or anything, and while I understand this decision, I think it would have been nice for there to be a few more abilities that you unlocked toward the end of the game, as I found as soon as I finished the story, I pretty much picked one build and stuck with it for the remaining 20 hours of the game.

The Characters are well written, they all have unique arcs, and while some of the character writing has flaws, its wasn’t really noticeable often, and I think overall everyone that plays this game will enjoy the story, personally I loved it. The overall writing and dialogue is strong, I personally loved all the J Jonah Jameson podcasts playing as I swung through the city, as it felt like I was playing the Original Spider Man 2 on Playstation 2. If you grew up loving spider man as I did, you’ll love this.

I really hope Sony continues to bring their titles to PC, after the incredibly sucsessful launches of some of their recent titles including this one, I'm looking forward to playing The Last of Us, and Uncharted here on PC soon.

Overall the game is a wonderful 45ish hour long nostalgia trip that will have you enjoying every second of it.

I usually wait until I finish a game to review it, but seeing as this is an animal crossing meets Stardew valley esc life sim, I would rather give a review when it matters. I only about 30 hours in the game at this time, and so far the game is really fun, when animal crossing came out I didn't (and still don't) have a switch, so having a game like that that is this good on PC was an instant pickup from me.

Gameplay is simple, as I said before a mix of Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley, general farming of resources and improving relationships with characters are the main two tasks, meanwhile there are lots of daily things such as raising animals, farming (as in crops not resources) and building your world and town into what you want it to be.

The visuals are charming, the soundtrack and overall feel is very strong especially for a game in this category, and overall I think this game deserves all the praise its getting at the moment, especially when you consider this game was made by ONE GUY.

Buy the game, its cheap, its great, and it will suck you down a whole of spending 4 hours a day playing a life sim because your regular life only consists of working, Gym, and videogames

The characters are incredibly well written and voiced, there’s only two real characters in the game, at least with voice lines (other than one character with one line through a tape recording) the choices are genuine, and the dialogue between the two is what really pulls you into the world and it’s story. The story isn’t perfect, it’s short and sweet, and while the unfolding of the mystery lead to a good ending, It left me a little unsatisfied, because I was expecting there to be more to it, however I don’t think that’s a big problem for most players, it was just something that was apparent to me. The world looks incredible, the art style campo studios went for for Firewatch is exceptional, the game is charming and beautiful from start to finish. Gameplay consists of simple exploration concepts, using your map to explore the region, and I really appreciated that it was all analogue, there are no menus in the game, so the only thing you use for navigation are a hand held map and compass, which I found added to the atmosphere a lot (and is very similar to what metro exodus did).

Overall Firewatch is a short and sweet indie game experience that I believe is worth a playthrough no matter who you are and what kind of games you typically enjoy.

After completing all objectives in sniper elite 5 (what I consider to be 100% of the game as the collectibles are for the most part completely meaningless) the game seems like it would have been released in 2015, the graphics are mediocre and a lot of it looks unpolished and just downright old, the gameplay is okay enough for sniper elite fans to enjoy, but it looses its charm very quickly, and as a person that likes to do everything, I found that as the game progressed I was doing less and less as I just was not interested anymore.

Usually I make my reviews a lot longer because I have a lot to talk about, but this one there just isn’t much. If you like sniper elite games, you’ll probably enjoy this one at least a bit, the missions are pretty cool, up until the final mission which is too quick and downright stupid. The characters are incredibly boring, they aren’t voiced well, and their facial expressions look like something out of the Mass Affect Andromeda release. The visuals are sub par, explosions particularly look awful. Some environments look great like the first mission, and the spectacle of loading into them is always good, but there is always something wrong in them like textures that feel like their taken from a PS2 game (I should note I’m playing on all ultra with RTX on).

Overall the game just isn’t very good, I wouldn’t pay more than 20 dollars for it, therefore I cannot recommend it at this time, its not that I hate the game, it’s just that it feels unfinished and for $50 is simply was not worth it in my opinion.

As of this review I have finished all of the games content. All of the explorable areas and story as well as any side quests took me roughly 16.5 hours, which is short for a game that is considered to be open world, and I thought the game would have taken me a lot longer because I knew there were 3 open world zones, the third being the biggest, however unlike the first two, where the player comes and goes from the train throughout the area, the third zone is fairly linear, and the fourth is a single long form mission. I don’t think the length of the game is a problem, but throughout the zones you bring people back to the train and form relationships with people in the world, with the third area, the game still tries to develop these relationships but it fails heavily, there is no development in this time and the relationship between duke and the tribeswoman that he apparently likes has no meaning because the relationship is never seen or developed.

The open world is great, I played the PC enhanced edition, but I have also played the regular edition and I can say without a doubt there is nothing wrong with playing it on the regular edition, the game is beautiful regardless, and I found the PC enhanced edition does look better, but it does tank your performance even on similar settings to the original, however you do get options like the FOV and raytracing which were not present in the original (though you can change the FOV in the game files). The game is beautiful, and each of the zones you pass through are unique, and have different things to offer, though as I said before I do wish I got more things to do in the final area as it was very interesting to me.

The gameplay can feel a bit clunky at times but overall it’s very strong. The gameplay is based around survival horror and I found that the things you had to keep tabs on like materials, ammo, health, and more were not to overbearing but just enough to make you think about what you were doing. The game also offers many choices on how to approach certain situations, who you kill, and how your actions have consequences, there are characters that can die as a result of your actions, and while there are not many instances of this (2 that I know of but there could be more) they do add a certain amount of weight to your actions, outside of the obvious differences in dialogue between characters and how the characters feel about you toward the end of the game. One of the biggest areas where the game shines is atmosphere and world building, it builds an amazing world that you feel is alive and changing around you, immersion is very strong.

As for the characters, the voice acting is strong, and while the protagonist is silent, I don’t think its necessarily a big problem, as he does narrate on the few loading screens in the game, but I personally prefer a talking protagonist. The characters sometimes have corny lines, but these are only from the side characters in the game like the smaller members of the main crew, the main characters have very strong dialogue and it all builds well into the immersive package, the few corny dialogue instances in the game are not annoying enough to take away from the overall experience. The story is interesting, the metro crew finally journeying out into the rest of the world after finding out they are not the only humans left is a great starting hook which the characters and world builds on very well. As always I won’t spoil anything, just know that it is good enough to be worth playing.

Overall Metro Exodus is a fairly complete package of fun gameplay mechanics, beautiful visuals, and an interesting story, and does exceptionally well in its world building, its short, its sweet, and its worth a play through.

As with most of the games I play, I’ve completed all of the side content, and have 100% completion in every area of the map. Does a good job at having a good amount of content, but not too much, overall it has taken me about 38 hours to complete all of it but I would say if you were just focused on the story it could probably be done in about 10 to 14 hours, whether that’s a good or a bad thing, is up to you, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with the length in particular, though I do wish some parts of the story were more fleshed out than they were. It also important to note that I have done all the side content including all the side tombs/ missions that are added in the definitive edition of the game

The story is very good, as always the relationship between Laura and Jonah is the star of the show, their relationship being tested at the begging of the game when a catastrophe that Laura seemingly caused happens. The relationships and the characters are great, I do wish some characters like Urartu were fleshed out a bit more than they were, but I can’t complain much. The game has good momentum throughout, the story flows well, and there are no meaningless time filling missions like in some other games, there are not long sections where you have to walk and talk to a character, which is why I don’t think the shorter length of the game takes away from it, because overall the pacing feels solid. The ending has enough of a twist that it is very satisfying to finish, though I am not a fan of the final fight, as it felt really mundane to me.

The games visuals are stunning, playing on a GTX 3070 and 2700x I never dipped below 144fps, on all ultra and RTX on, the game is beautiful and its visuals led to me taking over 100 screenshots while playing (if your interested on what the game actually looks like they are all on my profile). The gameplay is strong, but I find that it revolves a LOT more around parkour and occasional puzzles than fighting, there was a lot of fighting toward the beginning and end, and it died down in the middle, but maybe this is just because I was spending time 100%ing the open world during the middle of the game. The puzzles are interesting, and while they can be kind of hard to figure out at times, none of them are super difficult, at least for me.

Overall I think Shadow of the Tomb Raider is a great entrance into the franchise, and while I haven’t played Rise of the Tomb Raider to compare it to, I have played the 2009 reboot, and in terms of everything from gameplay mechanics, to shooting, to collection and visuals, this is an incredibly step up (once again I know I didn’t play Rise of the Tomb raider and obviously a 10 year gap does a lot for a game series). If you have 20 - 25 hours to play at an average speed, than I 100% recommend giving it a try. As a fan of the Uncharted series who had some reason not really payed attention to these games in a long time, it has sort of reignited my love for the treasure hunter / explorer game. Overall 8.4/10

Oxenfree is the perfect example of what a good indie game is, the game has a short story, with amazing music, a simple exploration system, and a nice art style. The game is not perfect, and the ending may not be exactly what you expected, but I think the story is super enjoyable and builds tension and environment very well. The game is only about 4 hours long, and if you were to look for every Margit Adler letter and radio station it would probably take you no more than 5 and a half hours, however I have recently found out that there is a new game plus to the game that is about 2 hours long and has a unique ending and story options, as a continuation of the timeline rather than a re-playthrough of the regular game. (Once I play that I will update the review at the bottom.) All the radio stations are not necessary to find in my opinion as they really just add to the atmosphere rather than explaining anything, but the Adler letters do a super good job of shortly explaining how what is happening unraveled before Alex and her friends are pulled into it.

Overall the story of this game is a solid 8-9/10 for me, it would be higher if the ending was a bit better, that’s not to say I don’t like the ending, cuz I really do, it’s just I would have liked to have some larger twist in some way, however its great all around. The gameplay is very good, its super simple and the light “platforming” or really just walking segments are not a problem to me as they are short, they take up a very short amount of time and there purpose is really just to give you time to think about what just happened and what you think is gonna happen next, but you jump back into it very quickly so I’m not gonna take any points away from it because overall the gameplay flows well and is very solid. I do wish there were no loading screens though as you would think games like this wouldn’t need them with the amount of loading that can happen in the background do to the low requirements of the game, but this really wasn’t a problem for me, their not long or annoying even on a HDD.

The music and the visuals of the game are amazing, the interesting atmosphere the game creates through amazing music that matches perfectly with the context, and great visuals that while are not graphically impressive are very nice to look at, and as I said before, that’s what a great indie game should be, flashy graphics are great, but a game with a good overall concept and style, doesn’t need it.

The dialog is fantastic, the characters feel real and the interactions between them feel like real conversations I would have had if I were in that position are that age, they all make good points about their opinions throughout the choices in the game, and none of them are really objectively wrong for their opinions they are just going through things that we can’t understand till the end. The voice acting is great, and its one of the high points of the game.

Overall Oxenfree is a short and simple game with a compelling story, interesting characters, great choice structure, and a fun and interesting visuals that make up a great 4-5 hour package depending on your playstyle, it’s great, worth every penny, and everyone should play it. 9.2/10

As of this review I've completed every side quest, main quest, and everything in the open world (basically 100% aside from the insane amount of collectibles that I have no desire to obtain)

Gameplay is always where the dying light games have shined, and its no different here, the gameplay is fast paced and fun, and I feel as though they did a great job at improving on the existing mechanics of the game while making it much much more fun. The different ways which you can navigate the city this time around make exploration always worthwhile, and there is so much to do I found myself never really wanting to stop.

The story isn't perfect, but its heartfelt, and the characters are where it really shines, its not perfect, and there are some continuity issues between how characters act and how it progresses the story, but overall I think it was very well put together, and the voice acting is fantastic. I saw a lot of people saying Aiden was a bland character when the game came out, and while I can see where they're coming from, I don't really agree, when doing all the side content in the game Aiden builds out his personality in a way that he doesn't really get in the main story, making the side content even more essential to me.

The visuals are fantastic, and the city is absolutely breathtaking, no matter where you are, I always just stopped to look around, because there was so much to see. The game also runs fairly well, I averaged about 120 FPS at most times playing in 1080p on my 3070 and 2700x build, however their were some drops. The game has some bugs, but I really didn't experience any, the only one I noticed was that sometimes a characters mouth was desynced to what they were saying, but bugs really just depend on your system, and are case specific a lot of the time, just because I didn't see many, doesn't mean you won't.

Overall I think the game is a massive improvement on the first, and while as I said it isn't perfect, to me its the perfect sequel, the story is heartfelt, the characters are well versed and interesting, and the gameplay is fantastic as always.

Gameplay: 9/10
Story: 7.5/10
Visuals: 9/10

As of this review I have spent about 50 hours to complete every main and side quest in the game, I also want to note there is a lot of endgame content to be enjoyed, and if you are dedicated to more than the story players could easily find at least 10 or more hours of fun here.

The Visuals are fantastic, Borderlands 3 continues the art-styles of its predecessors while improving on it greatly, the game is stunning, and I found myself using the photo mode all the time to capture its beauty (Screenshots are on my profile If anyone is interested). The visuals are stunning, and it runs fairly well at all ultra I got roughly 120-150 FPS on my 3070 and 2700x Build.

The Gameplay is where borderlands really shines, the unique gunplay and fast-paced environments make it incredibly fun to bounce around using your different abilities and unique weapons that are constantly evolving and changing. It's not perfect, and it can be fairly repetitive, but It's just pure borderlands, and if you liked any of the others, your going to love this.

The story is fantastic this time around, it's heartfelt and interesting, I'm not really gonna get into it because I think it should be enjoyed on its own. The characters are where borderlands has always shined to me, and borderlands 3 is no different, the characters are amazing and interesting, and it makes you actually care about their fate, its not perfect, but it's done well enough to where the ending actually makes you feel.

Overall I think borderlands 3 is a fantastic installment into the franchise and I am very excited to see what Gearbox does next with Tiny Tina's Wonderland, and I am very happy that I spent the time to play all the sidequests, as they are all quirky and interesting in their own way.

Gameplay: 8/10
Story: 8/10
Overall: 8/10

As of writing this review I have completed all of the story and every side mission (including all Valkeries).

Gameplay is fantastic, the combat is incredibly satisfying, and the amount of skills for both weapons keep them constantly feeling fresh, and raise the skill ceiling until you feel like a complete badass switching back and forth between weapons and stances.

The non - combat parts of the game are basically spent looking around and exploring the environment, the puzzle and chest system is satisfying enough to make you want to complete all of them and get all the chests. There are also small platforming sections, which are not to overdone where they become boring, because there are only some scattered around, its not a large part of the game (and that's a good thing IMO).

The story is fantastic, if you were just to play the main story it can be completed in about 20 hours, however it took me 40 to do all of the content the game had to offer.

The story is on par with naratives like RDR2 and Uncharted, its a fantastic story with lots of twists and turns that keeps you wanting more, and constantly leaves you wondering. Its heartfelt, and while there are only a handful of characters, they are all well wrote, and fantastically acted. The relationship between Kratos and Atreus is the main drawing point of the story, its amazing, and you should just experience it yourself.

The visuals are some of the best I've seen on PC to date, the game just looks amazing, every part of it is beautiful, and it runs fairly well, on my GTX 3070 and 2700x I averaged about 100 FPS on all ultra, and 144+ on original (1080p). Its not amazing, but its really good considering how intensive the game is (and I played it launch day on). I also want to note, I did not experience a SINGLE bug, not one, I never got stuck anywhere, nothing, it was perfect.

Overall God of War is the best game I've played since RDR2, and I think it is next to equal in terms of quality, its amazing, and its 100% worth the money.

Gameplay: 9.5
Story: 10

Overall: 10
