As of this review, I've played it for around 32 hours after my friend recommended it two months back. This review is solely based on what I've experienced so far by queuing with a duo and a trio.


Gameplay: 9.5/10
The reason I believe it's a solid 9.5 is that it has this dark eerie vibe and atmosphere that plays a major part in the game's general gameplay.

Weapons: 6/10
I am not a big fan of how the weapon unlock system works in this game. Thereafter my rating reflects mostly upon this fact. While I do like the challenges, they felt a bit messy and out of place.

Menu + In-game UI: 8/10
The UI for the menu is focused on the game's general theme the game wants to appeal to, which is reflected in their decisions to make a rusty and eery feeling, with a tiny tint of an apocalypse-themed vibe.

Menu + In-game sound: 10/10
My score is mainly lifted from a 9 to 10 because I LOVE the menu music.
It's a perfect fit for the game theme, and I always comment on it each time I hear it while opening the game while playing with my friends.
The gun sounds also is a solid 8/10, but the environmental sounds are what distinguishes itself from the rest. You're always looking for a sound cue to listen out for. Most fights I've fought so far have been initialized by listening out for movements then jump the nearby team when the timing is right. Monsters are also a vital part to listen out for while listening to your surroundings.

My overall game score: 8/10
The reason the score is not higher is that the weapon selection in this game is sadly not up to my par. Semi-auto, bolt-action, with one "semi-auto" gun, and game-breaking shotguns, lowers my overall score. But any automatic weapon would indeed break the game, so I won't go any lower because of that fact. Though sniping also feels so odd in this game for some reason.
