Another childhood favorite that still holds up today. You're not a massive, overpowered killing machine. You're a thief. You suck at combat. And you must use stealth to win. Unforgettable story, setting, writing and level design. I still go back and replay this game regularly. A game of good design and passion.

It's pretty dang good. It's the origin of all stealth games and you can see how they all took inspiration here. It throws a few twists at you too.

I still need to play this at some point, I have it in my library. I love stealth games. Tenchu: Stealth Assassins was probably the first stealth game I ever played, followed by MGS 1.
