Easily the most underrated Borderlands title. It improves or iterates upon most of the mechanics from BL2, and gives us 2 of my favorite action skills in the series (Lawbringer and Gladiator (Doppelganger would be up there but the idea was better repurposed for Zane's skill in BL3 imo)). The improved verticality and movement from the low grav, boost, and slam mechanics almost make it hard to go back to BL2 once you're used to them.

TL;DR Game is super underrated and you should get it. You'll probably pick it up off the Pandora's Box anyway so just install it already!

If you're reading a review for Fallout: New Vegas in 2024, I don't know if I can help you. You've probably heard about it from the million youtubers who've reviewed it as the best western shooter RPG ever made, or heard the same from a friend. Regardless of the source, just do yourself a favor and put it in your collection.

Honestly criminally underrated end to a classic trilogy of games. Story may be a little bloated but they gave Max the sendoff he deserved. Beating the final chapter on hard is one of the greatest senses of accomplishment I've felt playing a game. Pick this up on sale, at the least. With Remedy remaking the first game it's a great time to play through the trilogy.

Absolutely addicting western themed first person shooter with some arcade elements. Solid campaign too with a NG+ so you can get everything you missed.

Shooting, crispy graphics, and Lovecraftian inspiration at some of it's finest. What more is there to say that hasn't been said? Get Dusk.

Get this game. If you like retro-style pixel games and fast-paced action with upgrades and unlockables, this game is for you. Oh, and it's only $3; why don't you have this game already?

This game, while very short (it only took me about 3-4 hours to beat), manages to thrust me head first into it's dark and mysterious world and left me wanting more. Just as the title describes, the game starts with a combat suit falling to an unknown place from an unknown source. You play as the onboard A.I. trying to save her pilot and struggling with the fact that she might be malfunctioning.
Throughout the game you will encounter many challenges and puzzles that are common of a point and click game but it is mixed with a solid cover-focused combat system. Overall I never found this system tiring growing stale as the difficulty ramps up throughout as well as you obtain several upgrades that help in combat.
To conclude, I say play this game. If you don't want to pay the asking price of $10 at least buy it when it's on sale. The cliffhanger ending left me wanting more but according to the game there will be a second part; I patiently await the second installment fervently.

tl;dr: Get this game if you like dark sci-fi action and/or point and click games.
