TL;DR : I rate this Visual Novel 9.5/10. Given how amusing the lore, the character, and how the story goes on, I simply recommend it for Visual Novel Lover, even for starters who don't know anything about Visual Novel

Alright, so, where should I start?
Aokana - Four Rhythms Across the Blue is a visual novel where it tells the story of the future where flying is a common place across the Four Lands. The discovery of Gravity shoes allows people to fly away and go around wherever they please. People also discovered a new type of aerial sport where they use Gravity shoes and named it as Flying Circus. This Visual Novel told us the story of Masaya Hinata, who used to be good at Flying Circus and his career as Coach of new Flying Circus Player in his school

The graphic is extremely good for Visual Novel in general, such Background, Character Design, Visual Effect, and the Chibi Sprite, because of 1440px feature which allows you to enjoy the story deeper. I love how Developer putting their effort made the story and scene more lively, by explain what's going on in details. The mix between comedy and romantic scene can made your heart melts away, even I need to prepare myself for that one

About censorship, they really censored most of lewd stuff, but some of slightly lewd scene still appears, like kissing sound and somewhat exposed clothes that reveals skin a bit much. If you're into lewd stuffs, just get the R18+ patch on NekoNyan web, but it's a little bit underwhelming so I don't really recommend it

Yes, I'm not kidding, all of Aokana Heroine's are the best. There are 4 Heroines in Aokana which you'll get intimate with, namely Kurashina Asuka, Tobisawa Misaki, Arisaka Mashiro, and Ichinose Rika. Did I mention you need to get through choices in some scene to get yourself into one of routes? Good luck to figuring out which one would lead to your girl.

There's no specific order which routes you should take on first, choose as you wish, since all of them have deep story about their past, the reason why they had their personality, and what's their hopes and dreams in the future. Some of them might relates a lot and resembles your condition in real life, which make the story heats up
Asuka and Misaki routes tend to be more serious and more related to Masaya's past, while Mashiro and Rika routes are your bread-and-butter junior love story. Choose wisely, I won't stop ya'

Anyway, the plot is really good. I bet you'll absorbed by the story, where you feel the fun and the moments where you get intimate with one of Aokana heroines, together with perfect music for every situation and moment you'll be dealing with

9/10 depends on your PC
I've never seen any bugs about this game. The PC Requirement is nice too, even this game can run in older PCs. There's minor bug on some users, but it worked on me just fine. Just make sure your DirectX is not messed up. So, uhh, Dammit, just buy it already

Additional Notes :
Some of you might suffer from heart attack, diabetes, and/or urges to hug something because how lovely and cute the character and the development of story is. I'm not gonna lie.
